I never did like Chick Tracts. I always thought they were tacky.

I never used tracks but 50 years ago I used to witness to people on the streets, the malls, airports, at school.

Yes all generations do call Mary Blessed, but not without sin!

Being Blessed does not mean one is without sin.

Luke 11:27-28
[SUP]27 [/SUP] And it happened, as He spoke these things, that a certain woman from the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, "Blessed is the womb that bore You, and the breasts which nursed You!"
[SUP]28 [/SUP] But He said, "More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!"

Yes Mary was Blessed, but those who hear the Word of God, the Scriptures, and keeps the Truth in the Scriptures are MORE Blessed than Mary!!!!!

Does this inlude yourself? Of so, nice to see you agree with Catholics and Scripture.

Being Blessed does not mean one is without sin.
In The Blessed Virgin Mary's case it does!

When an admirer wished to compliment Jesus by praising his mother, Jesus did not deny the truth of the blessing she pronounced. Her beatitude (which means "blessedness" or "happiness") recalls Mary's canticle: All generations will call me blessed (Luke 1:48). Jesus adds to her words by pointing to the source of all true blessedness or happiness -- union with God. Mary humbly submitted herself to the miraculous plan of God for the incarnation of his only begotten Son -- The Word of God made flesh in her womb, by declaring: I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be done to me according to your word (Luke 1:38). Mary heard the word spoken to her by the angel and she believed it.

Yes Mary was Blessed, but those who hear the Word of God, the Scriptures, and keeps the Truth in the Scriptures are MORE Blessed than Mary!!!!!
Mary "was" Blessed???? I don't recall in Luke 1:48 Mary being Blessed as past tense. Hmmmm..... Don't know about you, but we Catholics beleive Scripture to be as true today as it was when St.Luke wrote the 1:48 passage. By your own words, it looks like you are out of the running of being "MORE" Blessed than Mary!!

God saved Mary. Mary is saved by Grace. This gets lost by many who do not understand the Church’s teaching. St Gabriel infallibly hailed her as “Full of Grace” then she is. “Full of grace” implies “empty of sin.”
If I have a glass full of pure water, then I can be sure that there is no poison in it.

Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him,and he began to teach them.
He said:
"Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are they who mourn,
for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are the meek,
for they shall inherit the earth.

Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they shall be satisfied.

Blessed are the merciful,
for they shall obtain mercy.

Blessed are the pure of heart,
for they shall see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called children of God.

Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."

This is the problem with the Catholics. They really do know nor understand what God says in the Scriptures.

Romans 3:9
[SUP]9 [/SUP]For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin.

Romans 3:23
[SUP]23 [/SUP] for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God

God says everybody, ALL, are under sin.

God says for ALL, everybody including Mary, HAVE sinned.

God says ALL have sinned and last time i checked the word all means everybody including Mary.

Show me where in the Scriptures does God say Full of Grace means being without sin fordman!

You are comparing apple and oranges fordman, Grace is a standing with God not a substance you can fill up a glass with. This is why its impossible to teach Catholics anything. They do not understand the difference between water in a glass and Grace from God.

Where in the Scriptures does God say being Full of Grace is being without sin? Where fordman? Can you even read the Bible or do you have someone read for you fordman? Did you graduate from Kindergarten fordman or were you a dropout?

Mary was born a sinner, Mary sinned, and Mary was buried a sinner just like the rest of us.

Show us where in the Scriptures fordman does God say Mary was without sin. Which Book? which Chapter? Which verse?

If its not in the Scriptures its not from God! The Scriptures from God are ABOVE the teachings of the Catholic Church!

The Scriptures from God are not under the Catholic Church!

Of course he has not seen them.

The pope declares a miracle without any proof and the Catholics eat it up like candy! The Catholics do not want any proof of what the Pope says because they have been so brainwashed into accepting everything the Pope says as absolute Truth.

Talk about a Cult!

You know, looking back at my experience on this thread, i have lost my cool and cursed. In my defense, I have put up with enough abuse that several of my Catholic brothers and sisters have PMd me to give up! I have and will always try to be fair in my responses concerning doctrine and my opinion. When I start being accused of devil worship and idolatry and cohorting with demons, well, I become a little angry since I have never accused any of you of that. I question some of your bizarre doctrines, but that's about it. Lets stop the name calling on both sides?

I Love Jesus Christ and his Church and I won't give them up. I have found fellowship here at CC on other threads and its a shame the Catholic hate threads have to be here.

As long as you not use bible as your foundation, than you feel like being judge by bible believer.

Please show me where Jesus said, "...this is a bible and on this bible I will build my church"?

No, He built his church on Himself as the Messiah, and told us that we could find His will in the Bible.

Search the Scriptures --- for they are they which testify of Me

If we replaced Him by a book we would be as bad as your church which replaces Him by a pope and clergy and a church.
