I was hoping for something spiritual, like the wine represents the new wine of beleivers of Yahshua Messiah/Jesus. The oil represented Israel who have kept the commandments and hope in Yahweh/God.

if we run the reference for what i just put in bold black above for verse 6... we see that god is leading us to that very answer sister karraster... of what is the oil and what is the wine.
the answer is found in revelation 7.

here we see that 4 angels are holding back the 4 winds... the 4 angels are holding something back that the 4 winds are symbolizing dear sister...
