I had the Holy Spirit enter me and then after a time I proceeded into an addiction(s) Mainly with alchohal, but living an ungodly life I entered into many other vices. I still have many behaviors which I know to be not conducive to living a spiritual life. (pride, anger, resentments, self-pity, etc. etc....) I believe I am forgiven. I try to weed these things out of my life, so that His garden in my soul has a chance to flowerish. (pun intended) Now being aware of these weeds in my life, I have to ask the gardener to remove them, as I find them one by one. I seek spiritual progress... I don't expect spiritual perfection in this life. I hope everyone that sees your question, says a brief prayer for you...
