8 *And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.
John 1:29 *¶The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

God has pretty strict rules about killing people, mainly dont do it. he has an angel that went thru egypt in a night, he does not need people to do it for him. we do not kill the fish in the sea. abraham had a special relationship with God. tell your friend if he feels the need to give a life to God, he should start with his own.

If we didnt have the bible then this guys hearing the voice of God would have to be the only thing to go by and he could very well feel justified in murdering someone. But we have the word of God the Bible which states murder is a sin...therefore the mission this guy is on is not from God..this guy would be killing outside the law which is murder not killing within the law and commanded by God .... such as is the case you provided..

Everyperson recieved Gods forgiveness through grace.
If your friend was to murder any person, he is not serving God.
He is stealing from God.
Simply because no matter how bad any person is, Jesus won the right for that person to be saved through grace!
If your friend steals another persons life before they have had all oppertunities to repent and recieve Jesus.
He has stolen thier salvation!!!!
