Why do you think Heaven is a clear conscience? A lot of terrible things can be going on in your life while you have a clear conscience. Are children born in Heaven? Since God lives in Heaven does that mean he is living in our conscience? Does that mean we made him up?

Back in the mid-eighties, I was quite sinful. The Lord then led me to repent of several sins I was committing. Several weeks later I suddenly found myself having tremendous peace of mind—it was indescribable. What is there to fear when you know the Lord is not angry with you? I am not suggesting I am perfect, but as I say, the peace I have experienced since is indescribable.

Well, you dont go to Heaven until Jesus comes to get us all, dead or alive
Heaven is a physical place. Not a state of mind on earth

We are to walk with the Lord. Once we do that, we have peace. It doesn’t matter if it is right now in this life or a thousand years from now in the resurrection. Right?

2 Corinthians 12
1 It is doubtless not profitable for me to boast. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord:
2 I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or whether out of the body I do not know, God knows—such a one was caught up to the third heaven.
3 And I know such a man—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows—
4 how he was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.
5 Of such a one I will boast; yet of myself I will not boast, except in my infirmities.
6 For though I might desire to boast, I will not be a fool; for I will speak the truth. But I refrain, lest anyone should think of me above what he sees me to be or hears from me.

Read from Paul's experience of heaven, it doesn't look like he had a clear conscience of heaven after even being there or having a vision of it. (Not to mention he waited 14 years to put it into words!!!!! Even then he couldn't even speak about it)

The quote is from Paul, not me.

well you have a point,

there is a sense in which heaven is spiritual not temporal

and we already have eternal life

few of us realise it:D

Can you have a clear conscience, heaven, in THIS lifetime?
Ephessians 2:6.."And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,"

Hebrews 12:22-24.." But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, 23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, 24 to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel."

2 Corinthians 4:18.."while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal."

just a few passages relating to where the "real" us dwells even now, even as we are still in the flesh in the earthly realm. We coexist in both realms as believers. We cannot "see" the heavenly with our natural, physical eyes, yet we can "see" the Kingdom of Heaven and have entered in by the perfect blood and sacrifice.

Hebrews 10:17-22.." then He adds, "Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more." 18 Now where there is remission of these, there is no longer an offering for sin. 19 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, 21 and having a High Priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water."

Hebrews 9:8-11.."
the Holy Spirit indicating this, that the way into the Holiest of All was not yet made manifest while the first tabernacle was still standing. 9 It was symbolic for the present time in which both gifts and sacrifices are offered which cannot make him who performed the service perfect in regard to the conscience-- 10 concerned only with foods and drinks, various washings, and fleshly ordinances imposed until the time of reformation. 11 But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation."

I’m guessing that the people in heaven are very well behaved.

I truly believe that when we leave this body and enter the realm of the spirit nothing can or will be hidden. All will be transparent and nothing can be concealed even if we try. Every part of your being will laid open as if were a book to be freely read.

Also believe that we will not only be able to identify family in heaven but that we will also be able to indentify every person mentioned in the bible also. There will be no need for introductions even among those we never met in this life because we will be able to see others just as God / Christ sees us, from the very core of our inner being.

having a clear consistence might be a blessing (if you are right to have it), but heaven is usually not described as simply a nice state of mind...
