They had oil but ran out.
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Holiness.
Sin separates.
Sin for a mature saint is different than a babe.
There are sins of omission/sins of commission
Jesus said "to look on a woman and lust,is as the sin of adultery."

Living holy is a product of the indwelling Holy Spirit.
There is sin hidden in all of us.

We don't receive the Holy Spirit by getting sin less.
We receive him as a "helper and partner.
(sin of the thought life)
(sin of thought life)
..... was supposed to go under "to look on a woman..."

Posting from phone is tedious.

Jesus' first and last priestly duties involve weddings

That dynamic is first<>last.

"my hour is not yet come" is the tarrying of the groom
"the best for last is the Jews reaped by the one sitting on a cloud with a sickle"
Which is why the 144k are harvested 1st. All during the GT.

The virgins parable, and Jesus' first miracle are the last<>first dynamic,as the wine actually arrives AFTER the virgins arrive.

The Jews are harvested near the end of the GT.
they are "the best for last"

Without knowledge of who the Jews are,the purpose of the GT,and the dynamic of the groom/bride,end times is a guessing game.

The reason Jesus is calling out the virgins,is because the red horse has just been released.

WHICH MEANS THE AC IS HERE.

THERE WILL BE no election in Nov.

You better get ready friends.

Increase worship, divorce this world, forgive all, make restitution, and get blown out for Jesus.

(preaching to myself, using you guys for a launch pad)

Launch pad hmmmm, ...interesting.

After looking at the parable I just noticed something.

Where does it say the foolish were not let in?
Matthew 25

“Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish.3 Those whowere foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them,4 but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept.
6 “And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’7 Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’9 But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. (My note: just like on Noah's ark.)
11 “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ 12 But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’
13 “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming."

Yes I admit it appears final, and probably is.

My assumption is they didn't get in.

BUT,DID THEY?
Doesn't say.

The parable would be rendered pointless if they got in...

Is anyone else noticing a critical need to walk carefully in these last days????
God is changing my heart. He has/is developing patience and a more loving attitude toward others.

It has taken me a long time to be able to yield, there's a difference between yielding to Him and self effort but it's difficult to define, it is not passivity but more like a total willingness.

The perfecting of our character, conforming us to His image is so His light will shine more brightly. So when I recieve correction/guidance from the Holy Spirit and my Bible I see it as a way to reach more people with the Gospel .

They will be allowed in without the indwelling of the Holy Spirit? I am leaving very soon for the day, will check back throughout the day, but I do not know what GT stands for. God bless you Popeye!

Wow,you made my day.

We all would say amen to "resurrection life",as just normal precedence of a born again believer.

(born again,baptized<>baptized,saved,buried,resurrected)

However, what if we die over, over, over and over as Paul states"I pick up my cross daily"

How radical is the gospel that Requires an actual death and resurrection, not one time, but daily?

There is a saying in the 12 step rooms: when we are beaten, we become willing. :)

Could be. I am only speculating.
I also believe they did not get in.

"Know" is also used in conjunction with virginity. "Mary new not a man" was referring to her virginity.

Jesus" I KNOW you not"

(as in lacking intimacy)

Gt is the great tribulation
Jacob's trouble <>Israel's trouble.

Heavens perspective is from the groom and bride

That is WHY Jesus' first miracle HAD to be at a wedding. Every single moment of his earthly walk and words flow from purpose and heaven's heartbeat

it is truly the best thing for me to ever hear when one says what you have said how God is changing your heart and developing love and patience for others, I have to admit I am going through a phase where I feel lacking in him and lack his love and his heart and it tears me up inside but I am also aware that this is the enemy speaking making me feel like I am not good enough not strong enough not loving enough.

But to hear how God is working in you brings me the greatest joy, we are all a constant work in progress and something I have learned is that God can and will mold your heart into his own he only requires these things- that we seek him with a loving and hungry heart that we trust him and that we are willing.

Why then, Blain, do you believe the enemy for even a second? I am always aware that you are very much looking at yourself more than looking at what Christ has provided for you - His righteousness, which includes His obedience.

The only thing that will lift your spirits and cause you to spend your time more in worshiping Him and resting in His provision is to believe that.

The only thing will begin to change us is to keep our eyes on Jesus and how much He loves us unconditionally. That is the first thing that pleases Him about what we do. That we believe in what He has done for us. And as we keep abiding in His love for us, we will all of a sudden find ourselves changed and having His heart inside of us. We will begin to be impelled to follow His plan for our lives.

He never is harsh in His instruction with us. Even in the tabernacle, He always spoke from above the mercy seat. Did you know that the mercy seat covered the tablets of law that was in the ark? Mercy always covers judgment. He is first of all a God of mercy and grace.

As Jesus said, "Abide in My love". And I would add, don't leave it.

That is something that I am weak in, I can easily see what God sees in others I can see how beautiful they are how truly loved and adored they are to him just as they are, when they and the world see a failure a person lacking a person who is weak or unworthy all I see is rare and precious treasure who is more than worthy and who is the exact opposite of who they see themselves as and yet I cannot see myself in this way.

I find it a bit ironic that I will go to the ends of the earth for people to know and understand and experience the love God has for them who they really are to him how he sees them and yet I for some reason cannot see this in me. I have asked God to give me his eyes to look at myself so that I can see what he sees because I know in my heart when God looks at me it's opposite of what I see but I have not received such eyes yet.

And anyways none of this is about me, I am not a Christian for myself or my own will and worth I am a Christian solely for him and for all others and only out of a love such as his own. Regardless of how I see myself my eyes and heart is focused on him and all others and the love that comes from his heart alone. I ask myself all the time why am I a Christian? Why do i continue to fight and give God my all even when I keep falling over and over and over again? The answer is always the same and Jesus lived that answer
