My first instinct is the Gospel verse Jesus calms the storm. That is definitely one worth meditating on.
My mind and emotions are unreliable and unpredictable. I'm unstable. Ouch! It hurts to say that.
But I suspect I'm not the only one. So this thread can be for all of us whose mind plays tricks on them. 😁

I find comfort for my troubles mind ONLY in the word,whether it is read or sung!

I listen to the audio bible...by the "two preachers" on utube, and contemporary christian songs also on utube ,plus my radio is on christian 24/7!

Lol got to have ALL the help with spiritual health I can!

It's just called The two Preachers!
They read all 66 books audibly!
Sometimes they have actors do voiceovers in speaking parts!
I have all their bible dl!
They have also published some movies!
Nothing indoctrinating ........just the word!

I have no power!
I believe in no denomination and only in Jesus's doctrine!
