Romans 8:32
He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

Pretty much this is saying.. God already gave us the most important thing of all. His Son.. Our salvation... Why would He hold back on giving us anything else? Here are some other bible verses for you.

Romans 3
21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,
22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed,
26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

Matthew 22:35-40 says this:

[35] And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question, to test him.
[36] "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?"
[37] And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.
[38] This is the great and first commandment.
[39] And a second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
[40] On these two commandments depend all the law and the prophets."

smile at people, go out and be nice to someone. lift other people up, listen to someone who needs a ear, think about others all the time and not just you all the time, pray for others always and not pray for just you, talk to God all day, study God all the time, etc

To answer your question..........

Romans 2:11 (NIV)
For God does not show favoritism.

God doesn't have favorites but these are all good ways to receive the blessings of God :)/

Actually when I asked God about this during work. The next thing I thought of thought of was that God's favor won't be activiated to people that are negitive and doubt all the time. Is there any scripture to support this?

Philippians 4
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Heb 11:5By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.Heb 11:6But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

No argument there. Amen.

If you do something good like give to charity or help your parents around the home you can gain favor from God as well.

Die to your flesh and live unto spirit. All these are good but you want to know where its at its in your Bible. Study that book find some friends and start a bible study and ask the Holy Spirit to bless it and teach you the word. Everyone's journey to God starts in knowing the Word of God.
