[nobody is arguing that Paul writes about
nobody is arguing AGAINST that Paul writes about...

Of course he writes about what the man of sin does at the MID-point of the 7 yrs, but the "man of sin's" ARRIVAL takes place well prior to that point and Paul is covering THAT aspect of him ALSO (Paul is covering the ENTIRE SEVEN YEAR PERIOD in 2Th2--just like Matt24 does--just like Rev4:1 to chpt 19 end does--etc etc...)

gotta run...

2Th2:4 "who... SITTETH" (parallel Rev13:5-7) is not the first action (on the world-scene) of the "man of sin / ac"...

... his "whose COMING [/ ARRIVAL / ADVENT / PRESENCE / parousia]" is

(and that is much earlier than the MID-point that Rev13:5-7 is referencing)

[nobody is arguing that Paul writes about the "man of sin" in his MID-point actions (2:4); but his actions (on the world-scene) commence WELL-PRIOR to that point! (2Th2:9a, etc)--Paul is covering THAT point in the chronology ALSO]
The first action is the falling away....

That word is speaking of something that comes "FIRST" (BEFORE "the DOTL" is present to unfold upon the earth with its "man of sin"--so is NOT *IN IT* / *WITHIN IT* as a part of IT [like "the man of sin" is!])

[let the readers note: the Greeks had a word for "TO FALL"--"pipto"--and this Greek word (in 2Th2:3) is NOT THAT WORD!!]

Well even now. and way back then. How could the man of sin b any one but the devil?

It very simple and straight forward by Paul so that a child can understand - No one will be Left Behind.

Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered together to Him, we ask you, brothers, not to be easily disconcerted or alarmed by any spirit or message or letter seeming to be from us, alleging that the Day of the Lord has already come. Let no one deceive you in any way, for it will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness—the son of destruction—is revealed.

Straight forward - Our being gathered to Christ is the Day of the Lord = His Second Coming.

Remember when i told you God has many names but is the same God.
Same with us His Body/His Elect/His Church/ the Saints/ Overcomers/His Bride.

His Second Coming / His Return is the Day of the Lord = SAME DAY

His Return is for the Resurrection First and Foremost, attached to this is the Rapture AFTER the Resurrection.
His Return is in the AIR at FIRST - Why is it you do not understand this??? i can preach a whole message on this beautiful DAY.
His Return is JUDGEMENT upon the 'rebellion' led by the Beast System detailed in 2 Thess 2 and in Revelation.

Do you believe our Lord Jesus Christ is bringing the Saints with Him at His Second Coming?

I think so, the great error and mount of Biblical literacy is causing this great falling away that is continuing today I think it started 2008

The Didache is not inspired. I translated it in 2nd year Biblical Greek. Some things directly quote the Bible, others paraphrase, as this does in many places, and other things are not Biblical.

AMEN!
Frankly FYI some early churches and church fathers considered it to be scripture and quoted it as such. You can find information on this in F. F. Bruce's book on Cannon of the NT.

d&c 59 i think? [u shall love god with all your heart soul and might]
The BOM and other of their books simply copied parts of the Bible into their books. For example there is a good book by the Tanners on the black hole in the BOM.

yes amen, HE does yet Evil when God makes it is not sin it is a method in which HE chooses to use for HIS own will :) and HE is right in doing it.

it's that simple. God used evil and did not sin when HE did the subtle suggestion by some here is just that.

I am saying that the Lord causes calamity. The Bible shows us that God brings it upon the wicked (Sodom and Gomorrah, the sons of Korah, the Amalakites, etc. His calamity is also called His wrath/judgment/distress/etc in many places. God will go to great lengths to warn people of the seriousness of sin by bringing calamity upon them.
Sometimes, calamity can come from other sources (when he allows it), but also, directly from God.

God sent a spirit to stir up hostility. There's a point lost in this version. That god uses tools of darkness =[bad guy spirits] for the purpose of grace.
