The ten commandments points back to creation,not to Jesus.What i meant was the temple laws and what the temple represents ,points forward (at that time )to Jesus and the redemtion plan.The ten commandments were written by God Himself on stone and placed in the ark.The other commandments were written by Moses and placed in a pocket on the side of the ark.By Gods own design,these laws were different from each other.
Deu 31:26 Take this book of the law, and put it by the side of the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness against you.
This is the law that includes the ceremonial laws that pointed forward to Jesus
Col 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
Col 2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Col 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in food, or in drink, or in respect of a holy day, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
Col 2:17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ
that is why i feel obliged to keep Gods moral law of ten commandments
