"In the beginning was the word", It's awesome to think on how God made the whole world and everything else by just saying the words "Let there be light" and you know what, there was light ! words are the most powerful things ever conceived by God, for it is because of His words He made everything , it is because of His words He separated darkness from light, it is His words that divided the water from the land it's His words that made the living creatures of the sea and of the land and it was the words of God that breathed life into the dust of the earth and made Adam.
It's pretty clear the words of God have power, Jesus used words to heal the sick and raise the dead back to life and you know He said that we should do greater works than He ,woo did Jesus really say that !?!?!?! yes He did and we can and will do great and wonderful works for Him not for our glory but for the Glory to the One who made it all possible, for with man it is impossible but with God all things are possible, we just got to believe we can and have faith, for it says in the word faith come by hearing and hearing the Word of God, again words there we see and if we start acting Christlike and say and do the things He says in His Word then we can move mountains !!! not just spiritual mountains but even mountains themselves for Jesus said if you say to this mountain be thou removed and be cast into the sea and shall not doubt in his heart but believes what he says shall come to pass it will be done for him.
You see faith is the key, there are all types of faith though remember doubting is faith, it is bad faith it's not positive by just saying one bad thing that's not positive and not uplifting can bring down a whole days work of positive words and good words and that's not good if your trying to give courage to someone who needs it and all the sudden someone comes in and tears all the good and hope that they needed by speaking doubt and unbelief to them and they lose all they had when someone spoke that life to them that they needed you see we as Christians we only speak positive to our bothers and sisters in Christ we should never tear down their hopes and dreams and try to put our own in them we should only speak life and not death, Jesus said the devil comes to steal kill and destroy but I come to give you life and have it more abundantly, speaking life is definitely more positive than speaking death over someone for sure, you see we need positive faith and that faith comes by reading and hearing the Word of God and faith without works is dead you see if we don't act upon what God says then we missed it all for faith comes by hearing and doing the Word not just hearing and then you go off and do something else , no no you got to do what God said to do if we expect to do the things He promised we could do then we best act on the Word
Jesus said if you love me you will keep my commandments and i don't know bout you but i want to have and do all the things God has promised in His Word, the promises are there but the commandments are to and if we want to see deaf ears open and the blind see and the dead rise again to life then we got to live the life He wanted us to live Jesus said be Holy for I am Holy and to us that sounds like an impossible thing but remember His Word with man it is impossible but with God all things are possible , i know we are not there yet by any stretch of means but we should strive for Holiness and be Christlike, lets put it like this we should die unto ourselves and kill our fleshly thoughts and do what it says to do in the Word and i am not there yet but i know that i will be someday its a process and it does take time and i know that you can do it to He promised it to all of us all these things , just got to want them, and i do want these things and i know you do to the only question now is this are you willing to go for it all ? I hope so, we are all in this together folks me included and i know we will do it all the God said we would do before he comes back to earth again !!!
