I dont know if mere words will give understanding to what I hope to be confermed, known.
Lately, Jesus has been showing me, the greatness of His love and the importance of why He took all upon the cross.
I cannot say the understanding is more, for I have come to see that understanding is not about mesure, but accepting God Our Father's will in obedience, for all with God is infinite, and constant.
Im going to try to explain, but uncertain if it will be understood, for I struggle to put it in word even as I understand it.
Simply because, it is more than just what is said .
As to Jesus recieiving all sin, offence, upon Himslef and taking it to the cross, forgiving us, overcoming sin, His victory, and the love that was, is and always will be from God Our Father.
Lately, I see Jesus asking this of me.
Not that I could do it myself, for all was won and done by Jesus.
But asking me to be obedient in this love , recieving God's will and love in Him from God Our Father, for others, forgiving, without payment, all and every offence that crosses my path, or into my life by any other.
Expecting no restitution, no vindication, apoligy or even acknowlagement by person for the offence.
But letting the offence rest in Jesus, with me, not by my love or streangth, but His.
Simply said, willing to let the blame be upon me in Jesus, for the sake of the offender, that through me or any who recieve this love, that they will know how great, how wide, and how perfect God Our Father's love is for us in Jesus.
Now please understand, none of this asked is done by me, or by my own power, will, stresangth or love, all is already done and won by Jesus for us.
But simply being asked to bear witness, live as asked, God's work done through me.
I find this request difficult, as I and any other would want justice, to be vindicated, an apoligy, when offended.
But, in seeing this being asked, I am also seeing how it is this perfect love from God Our Father in Jesus, that sin, death the offence, was overcome, that perfect love is known, and lived in Jesus.
For there is no longer self, only what we are called to in Jesus.

Anyway, I hope I explained it well enough, and hopefully others here understand what is being spoken to here.

Thankyou and God bless

Precious-Pickles,

when our Father speaks to our hearts and convicts us and leads us into the paths
that we need to grow in, we must become like little children, not only learning how
to submit, but how to take instruction and follow it, in short, we have to learn to walk
as He walked, so for many of us, this takes a life-time of reading, falling and getting up,
over-coming, denying self, and a wheel-barrow full of faith and patience.

these times are not always pleasant for us, because we have to learn how to forgive on so
many levels.
for us, what we do, is keep in remembrance the time of Christ's crucifixion and re-read how He
was tortured and de-humanized, hated and despised above and beyond any human that was ever born.
This kind of LOVE that our Creator has introduced us to is over-whelming to say the least,
this gives us the courage by His example to over-come all obstacles that come before us, and I
tell you a truth, this has been a step=by=step journey for my wife and I, you know, 2forward, 1back.

LOVE and FORGIVENESS are the foundation for our Christian behavior, if we can wear the
robe of discernment and minister to others true needs, this is what will help them the most;
sometimes it's 'tuff-love', sometimes it like 'melting compassion', and other times, it's an
adult to adult correction, sometimes it's taking authority or speaking a right word in due season',
it is an act of Love at the proper time, for as Paul says, 'I become all things to all men.'

we rejoice with you that our Father is working in you and on your refinement, His precious acts of Love
are what consumes our Spirits and give us the power to over-come all.

dear pickles, i think this may be what you're talking about?

Rom 12:14-20 (the whole chapter, but these in particular :) )

Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them.
Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.
Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight.
Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all.
If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.

Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”
To the contrary, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.”
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

i really love it when you post here. ♥

Flesh and blood has not revealed this to you but the Father who is in heaven.

Forgiving others because we know the forgiveness of God in Christ. Especially in the household of faith.

For the cause of Christ

I will write an answer to what I understood. If I didn't got it right, excuse me,dear sister.First of all,the fact that u feel ofended by other people's sin is proof u love justice. And that is a good thing.God loves justice too.And God loves the sinner also as u pointed out very good. You may understand a little about how He feels when one of His children offends Him...That is a precious lesson.Anything that gets us closer to understanding God isvery precious.
Second, we must know that although God does not hate sinners, even though they do not repent, instead He loves them unconditionaly,so can we,through His power. But He cannot see evil as good. And that should be our atitude also (Psalm 15:4). And He does not forgive the sinner unless he repents. So if someone did you wrong but he/she repented and you find it hard to forgive them, ask God to give you this strenght. If they did not repent, and they did not ask for forgiveness then pray God will make you love them more. And pray for them. You're not asked to forget their sin,but to not hate them, instead to love them as your brothers and sisters. As God hates sin but loves the sinner,so are we called to do. Pray that you shall see people through the eyes of God. And you will find them as weak as you..as in need to be saved, helped and loved as you,as sinners as you,as loved by God as you. You may not do what they do but you certainly did something to offend God too,at some point if not now.The point is in God's eyes sinners are sinners,no matter the sin.No one is without sin. But in God we find our hope and healing,we are saved. Jesus was on the cross for my sin...for your sin...for the people who u find hard to forgive...understand that we are all loved as much. If you love God with all your heart because of His love, how can you not love the ones that are precious to Him? Lke you love your boyfriend's family just because they are his or something like that.
I don't know how clear or useful I was but I'm sure God will bless you with the answer you need.Hugs

when they hate you for His sake, and do you violence, you have fellowship with these:

When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained. They called out in a loud voice, “How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?” Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers and sisters, were killed just as they had been.
(Revelation 6:9-11)

the Lord judges, the Lord avenges, the Lord give us patience, faith and strength to bear the wait!

A person's wisdom yields patience;
it is to one's glory to overlook an offense.

(Proverbs 19:11)

Beautifully put my sister. What you are speaking of is the Agape love of God which was shown to us by the Work of Christ. Thus is a sacrificial love not the brotherly love mentioned other place in the Bible. This type of love can only be given to us by the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. As you said it's not by anything we have done but by what God has done in us. You and others have described it beautifully not in a way to "puff" yourselves up but to show what can be done by allowing the Holy Spirit to "take control" of our lives.

Thankyou all so much for your responces, they have reasured me and comforted me.
Its just, that when those times of understanding are given, when one is brought all by the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ is Lord come in the flesh, sometimes, all is so infinite and pure in Spirit, no flesh, that when one is back to themself?
I wonder was it trully real, is it true, was it just a glimce through the glass darkly.
After I posted here that night I looked to the scriptures, and every scripture given, not only supported the understanding, but reasured and encouraged, with a little humor thrown in. :) We do have an amazing God! :)
Sometimes , I think we all get so caught up in makeing sure when reading and learning the scriptures, that we get the facts right, the information perfectly interpeted?
We forget to, simply, let God Our Father speak to us in them through His Spirit, in Jesus Christ is Lord.
Consider this in the faith, hope and love we are called to in Jesus, if this is just a glimce?
How infinitly wonderous, perfect and loving the view will be, when we see face to face.

Again, thankyou all.
God bless

Praise God!
I remember several nights in dream or prayer when it seemed the veil was so thin I could break through and grab hold of Him, in one truth or another... and then opened my eyes to the dim light of this world, even to the point of questioning what was given. Going to the Word is the confirmation of the Spirit, and He guides us to what we need.

I don't mean to over spiritualize the matter, but I just really related to what you are said, to the point of tears to be honest. I had nearly forgotten about how those times had affected my growth and faith.

No, you didnt over spiritualise, you simply spoke to truth in Jesus, I had been afriad to the other day, that is why I asked the question I did.
Thankfully through the posts here, and Jesus's faithfulness, I was restored.
I think sometimes we just forget, or let doubt take hold, and we need to be reminded , of the power and comfort given by the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ is Lord.

Thankyou Sophia for your encouragement in Jesus. :)

1 Peter 3:9 - Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
