Jesus - overcame sin, death and Satan

For Reflection

'... he raised him from the dead and seated him at the right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age, but also in the one to come. And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is the body, the fulness of him who fills everything in every way.' (Eph. 1:20-23)

Life consists of more than what we can see, hear, taste, smell and touch. There is also a spiritual dimension which is far more real because it goes on forever. We believe that Jesus Christ has won the right to rule over every spiritual and earthly authority because although the devil plotted to destroy Him God reversed the verdict and raised him up to take His rightful place as Head of the Church, reigning throughout eternity.

Remember the spiritual reality that lies behind what we can see. Jesus reigns over all!
