The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: 'God, I thank you that I am not like other people--robbers, evildoers, adulterers--or even like this tax collector."

I'm not asking god to go against his word or be a liar or anything like that.

I'm asking how YOU would feel about homosexuals if god said in the first place that homosexuality was fine. It's a very simple question. One which you seem determined not to answer.
It's hypothetical nonsense. How would you feel if God said heterosexuality was sinful. Hypothetical nonsense.

It's not nonsense. Christians always say "Oh, they are gods words not mine, take it up with him!"

I'm merely asking what if his words were different and how people would feel about it.

But no one answers.

But of course.... you all love Gay people right? You love them, as you love yourself right?

Because you are commanded to, by the Lord.

I guess you are all a little challenged in actual showing your fruit of this? You find it a bit hard to show us all that you love gay people.
Yup the same as you'd love the child molester, rapist and thief.

Why should we answer a fairy land question with a fairy land answer? (no pun intended).

I thank God for rescuing me from a sinful pit and pray for the same of those who are in one.

But I'm asking what if he did. Surely it's not difficult to answer.
No one can speak for God and you know it. It is not a matter of answering the question, but a question of disrespect for our religious beliefs. And you wonder why we just avoid people like you. Oh yes, God also tell us to avoid those who create discord. Enjoy your Sunday.

I don't see what's difficult about your question.

If God made a different way I would follow that different way. If God had said homosexuality was just a preference and to choose whichever one you wanted then I would tell all Christians that is what God had said.

Homosexuality is an abomination. It is the fruit of a deviant, reprobate mind. Is it any worse than the fruit of any other sin? In my opinion, no its not. Its just a sign that a civilization is on the road to judgement and destruction.

No one knows that its the first steps to destruction except the people who speak out against it. And the people with no knowledge say "But you are discriminating against us".

Its like telling a guy about to get hit by a truck to get out of the middle of the road and back on the sidewalk. And that guys response is to say you have no right to judge him, you must accept him just the way he is. Supporting that guys right to stay in the middle of the road and get hit by that truck is not love. Not in my opinion.

Thank you Grandpa. This sort of thought out and reasoned response is what I was hoping for.

And you didn't know that? Or were you baiting us? Why were you persistent in your questioning?

At the bottom left of each post there is a little star thingy, press on that. The benefit remains a mystery...maybe it's where you receive your reward here but lose it in heaven.

I don't wanna sound ignorant. But yes, in SOME cases this gay thing is a medical issue. Which is understandable. BUT, still the person should not act upon it. The person should try to seek medical or psychological help OR just live with it as his cross. Everyone of us has a different cross in life. I know very few people who are living with this gay cross thing and they just don't marry or act upon their feelings. I pray for them and respect how humble they are.

But when you act like an idiot and decide to be proud of your sin!!!!!!!! and happy with the stupid rights you are getting, then sorry pal, you're totally messed up!!!!!

The only reason I firmly believe that being gay is ALWAYS a choice, whether because a homosexual invited in the spirit through other means or just by wanting to do so, is because God would not condemn someone for something they couldn't prevent being. God does not make people homosexual. It is not a disease or a medical condition or a gene or something you are by birth. It is a spirit and an appetite that is fed, entertained and protected and everytime we say that there are 'some' exceptions, we are stepping into the lies of this day and allowing the devil to come into our lives and our churches with his homosexual propaganda and political correct thinking.

I wasn't baiting anyone. It was a simple question that just went out of control and I was frustrated because no one would give a straight answer.

I'm going back to the void now!

Another killer disease striking homosexuals

The LGBT demographic which is only 3.5% of the nation's population should NOT be able to leverage government to put every moral American in prison and bankruptcy court who refuses to bake them a cake for their homosexual wedding.[/QUOTE

We will see the full force of God's wrath before that happens. As a matter of fact, California is presently experiencing the worst drought possibly in the history of the USA. And unless it gets rain soon, it will be financially, economically & socially devastated. God has used "drought" or the lack of rain to exercise His anger, especially in the OT. I consider California to be the most immoral state and it looks as though God will deal with its dilemma with His judgments.

This is one of the best explanations for people not being born homosexual that I have seen. Thank you very much.
