When I just read the verse, it sounds like it's saying that wars will not be a sign of the end times because they always have and always will be happening.

I know that people are very sceptical re, prophesies and they are justified to do so,for there are many false predictions in the past. But dont let that be a stumbling block,examine the scriptures always.

Yes, God has his very elect,not all are very elect,he knows his sheep,and his sheep knows him.His sheep recognise his masters voice,and follow his masters voice.

none of my elders have objected but love me and answer the questions as the Holy Spirit guides them to so answer so they can help me grow in God's Word and grace. I have yet to accept Wakeup as a "faithkeeping" elder. he may be older then me but I have yet to see evidence he keeps the Faith the Bible and God teaches.

When do we ever hear only rumours of wars? We hear about wars firsthand from reporters in the field. When I think about this I look at things like solar flares, which if strong enough could wipe out our global communation capabilities, just a thought. Not something I put much thought to though, for as I have said the world will end when it does and no amount of studying will reveal the date. We all must be ready to go anytime.

I'm not asking you to chose between anyone, but instead to CHOSE JESUS, and the fact that you are a disciple of Wakeup and not Jesus concerns me.

there is a difference between discernment and judging.

I think God could still save Wakeup and he may end up in Heaven, but what he is teaching now leads more people away from God then towards God and HIS Holy Word. it confuses scripture.

WeStand I have already stated what I believe about why Jesus did not go proclaiming and praying to Himself as God but if you must know it is so that others won't be so arrogant as to believe they too can be GOD and have people pray to them. Why is it ok to pray to Jesus if Jesus is not GOD? We are only to worship GOD and I believe Jesus is God made flesh. You can chose to believe as you do. I have tried to have a conversation with Wakeup and asked him straightforward questions but he has not answered them or given answers that contradict scripture. so I do not see the point in continuing the conversation.

whether you believe me or not its not important. it is more important people develop their relationship with GOD and live according to His words by faith and Grace.

if you wish to believe that you know the month and year of Christ's return that is your choice, but what will happen to your faith if that prediction does not come true? will it cause a falling away of faith?

Faith in God is the only thing that will last the test of time. If you place ALL of your faith in your teacher or another human they will disappoint you for only GOD is perfect. If you place your faith in knowing the time of Christ return then you will be disappointed and caught sleeping if Christ returns before or after that time.

I find telling people they can know or predict such things puts more people asleep then just resting on God's words which says BE WATCHFUL.

God will call us into account for every idle word.

WeStand you should forgive. God does not say forgive only if the other person says sorry first. no He says:

Forgive our tresspass as we forgive those who trespass against us.

if you do not forgive you will not be forgiven.

Do you have foreknowledge from the Father as to the month and year of His Son's return or of the time of judgment? If you do then why not stake your integrity upon it and let us in on that special knowledge. If it came from the Father through the Spirit, surely, you would have no hesitation to convey to the church what the Spirit has to say.

Wakeup, that goes for you also. Seeing how you are looked upon as an elder and faith keeper in the church, it is you duty to edify the church through a word of knowledge that you have been given. Publish it, make it known, now is the time. If it is a mystery that has been hid, surely this is the season to reveal what has been revealed to you. If there is any integrity in what you have been showed by the Lord, it needs to be communicated to edify the body so that we can come into the unity of that special faith you have been given by the Spirit.
