The 7 hills the harlot sits on
  1. those that sow discord
  2. those that are violence
  3. they that always think about doing evil
  4. those that bear false witness
  5. the way of the proud
  6. feet swift in running to evil
  7. those that block the entrance to heaven

IN THE BEGINNING GOD MADE THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH.

In the original text it reads Elohim made the heavens and the earth.
Elohim is plural and not singular so it goes like this.

IN THE BEGINNING GODS MADE THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH.

Which brings more clarity to "let us make man in our image".

The first verse of the bible has very profound answers in it if you study it.

1. It gives the out line of the trinity.
2. Beginning suggest time.... heavens suggest space...earth suggest matter.
Nothing can exist without these 3 things....time ..space ..and matter.
3. Since God made man in his image then God is our closest relative. Mankinds Goel......Redeemer.

Okay, will do. Don't want to get banned. :)
Love must be sincere. Detest what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Outdo yourselves in honoring one another.
Bless those who persecute you. Bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep.
Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but enjoy the company of the lowly. Do not be conceited.
Do not repay anyone evil for evil.
Carefully consider what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible on your part, live at peace with everyone.

i am not perfect and have failed many a times, so let us desire the same Mercy and Grace for others as we would want for ourselves.
Amen

Well said. The purpose of this thread is for us to discover exactly what you laid out here. Our Lord said every word of God is spiritual life giving bread for us and it all starts in Genesis.

Yes, amen.

But I will not stand idly by while people wander onto this site for the sole purpose of defaming my God. I will defend His Holy name, even if it costs me my membership on this site. Even if it costs me my life.

But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and the helmet of our hope of salvation.

Do not speak foolishness brother - God is in control and we are not to fight in the flesh - love covers all things. Prov 10:12

If you are unable to respond with respect to those who are created in the Image of God then it is better for you to move on.

Defend His Holy Name with His LOVE in your heart - just as our Lord has and is doing for us right now.

Neither am i - i am just a believer in "every word that proceeds from the Mouth of God" Matt 4:4

What is a Trinitarian? Does it come from Trinadad? or Tri-na-dad?
I think that's near Tobago.

I agree. And I should never have engaged with the person in question. And I would caution you not to go down the rabbit hole, either.

You are naive to think that you can change the mind of a JW or an atheist. Debating them will never accomplish that. Only the will of God through His Holy Spirit.

Agree - the Holy Spirit is the Key that unlocks our imprisoned mind to be set FREE - through love.

What was the form of the Holy Spirit when it descended upon the Jesus?

Perhaps we all are in need, at some point in our lives, with a change of mind.

We know the WORD, later on Christ, in the Gospel of John 8:58 admitted He was [I AM].

But let's examine the [TANAKH] Exodus Chapter 3 better to understand who [I AM] is:

6 And He said, "I am the Elohim of your father, the Elohim of Abraham, the Elohim of Isaac, and the Elohim of Jacob." And Moses hid his face because he was afraid to look toward Elohim.
^
Here, the WORD, the eventual Christ, [I AM] is claiming to Moses that He is ELOHIM!

Now, let's jump to Chapter 6:

2 Elohim spoke to Moses, and He said to him, "I am the Lord.
^
We see the Word, future Christ, [I AM], ELOHIM, is also the Lord!

3 I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob with [the name] Almighty Elohim, but [with] My name YHWH, I did not become known to them.
^
Here, the Future Christ is telling Moses He is also YHWH!

So just in Christ alone, We have the WORD, ELOHIM, YHWH [which is Yahweh], I AM, Lord and more...

Just in FOUR VERSE References we see Christ is MULTIPLE PEOPLE we call GOD!

I love the WORD of GOD because it CANNOT LIE!

In 2 Corinthians 1:3, I clearly see the blessed Trinity—The Father, the Son Jesus and the Comforter the Holy Spirit of God. 9C9F4D04-C9B0-4040-B3C2-7A6A4CA681F5.gif

II Corinthians 1:3 "Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;"

Keep going you left out the best part (although IAM is hard to beat) get back in Exodus 3 and find out what the ETERNAL Name of Elohim is - you already know - but post it here anyway from Exodus 3

So, what would you do with the likes of me? Burn me at the stake with a nail in my tongue? Perhaps you'd rather tar and feather me? or perhaps you'd like to pull me member from member with horses? What is wrong with you? Can you not love another enough to allow them to have their own opinion? All those things I mention are in the historical record.
I think one day soon, we all will see clearly. None of us know everything; that’s for sure. :)

II Corinthians 1:3 "Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;"
RIGHT - Father, Jesus and Comfort
Comfort, Who is this?
