No, I tend to tune people out when they talk to me in an insulting way. I am here in a Bible discussion forum and I am not on Facebook or a let's make fun of that guy forum. If you don't want to discuss the BIble, then you have come to the wrong forum. I am here in the Bible discussion forum to discuss the Bible.
Hmmmm...one mans insult is another mans compliment I suppose.

I think you tune people out who ask you questions that you can't answer honestly and therefor won't answer at all... because they blow your fantasy world out of the water.

You're autistic aren't you? This isn't a judgement or a making fun of moment....this is a you are diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum.....arent you.

Rather honestly, I'd slap you upside the head for these comments if they were said to me..whether meant to be insulting or not. Jason has more restraint than I would..

That's all well and good, but to assume and/ or ask somebody flat out is just rude. Whether you suspect autistic spectrum or not.

How is it shameful to accept the way that God made you?

Sirk I didn't say it was shameful. But you assumed that Jason is on the autism spectrum. You don't know whether he is or not, nor should you care, or be asking him in public, instead of in a private pm..

My stepson has autism and I know a thing or two about it. If a person can't be honest about who they are then there is no foundation for relationship. Lets just cover it with a fig leaf and it's not there anymore.....right?

I live independently on my own and I do not suffer from any mental diseases.
I am very friendly and communicative with people at work and with my fiance (Who is Christian).

I merely tend to ignore people who continually insult me. That is not being anti-social. It's called, "filtering out the wrong bad communication."

Yeah, God's Word is not in agreement with this type of behavior.

2 Timothy 2:16
"But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness"

I don't....thats why I asked. I asked a guy in the store the other day with a really cool prosthetic leg if he ever had to kick anyones butt with his bionic leg. Opened up the coolest conversation about God I've ever had. Gotta take risks my lady....or life is no fun.

So I just sinned then?

I am not going to be your Judge. Pray to the Lord and ask Him if you did or not? Ask if it is good that you swear on a forum? Ask if it is good if you insult another believer on a forum? Ask if those things are loving or not. Talk to God about these things in deep prayer and He will tell you if you are open and honest with Him.

For God's Word will be the standard of which will judge every man on the last day (John 12:48).

Pour yourself over His Word in prayer and ask God to show you if you are measuring up or not.

Thou art so very benevolent and humbly condescending as to my plight with such vagaries of sinfulness........ness.

Paul says in 2 Corinthians 13:5,

Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

As for the Parable of the Wedding Banquet: Does anyone here want to discuss that?
Discuss or listen?

An incredible parable.
Past experience says...... we are going to disagree on it's meaning though.
You start.

Romans 4:5 And to the one who does not work but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness

I believe I already started the discussion on it already.
