Sin, Sickness, and the Medical System

Is this suggesting that Satan can alter matter and therefore altered Gods creation?
Or did God alter his own creation due to us giving in to our own sin by means of satans influence which thereby is the wages of death

Satan can manipulate genes as a result of sin to cause all kinds of issues.
Satan can cause abnormal growth of cells called cancer which is disease and is an example of the result of sin entering the world. God is NOT the author of it. He gave us Jesus for both physical and spiritual healing and eternal life when we die. A believer does not have to die of some loathsome disease.

did you unwrap the cord? that normally helps.

however it doesn't change the fact the child wasn't stillborn. she would have been blue, and since she still had the cord attached she would have oxygen for a small time before needing to breathe with her lungs.

I'm just going to address that first comment, regarding my doc (the doctor doctor, since he has a PhD in computer engineering along with his MD).

I am a bit bristly that you choose to take it upon yourself to judge this man without even knowing him.
He's not perfect (I only know cuz his wife is a close friend ), but when you can say you've done as much as he has, ministering the love of God to all who are near, and to those far away...
When you use your personal income to take biannual trips overseas, and your money to buy medicine for those who would die from a simple case of worms, and then tell those people that you come in the Name of Jesus, and bring the Gospel to them, and see them saved, and follow up yourself in 6 months, and work closely with local missionaries to be sure they grow in grace and knowledge of the Lord...

What part of what I wrote about the nature of his profession was unclear. Please give scripture to indicate what I said is incorrect. I never said he was not a good man simply deceived and working for the devils kingdom. If you care about him I suggest you pray for eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to understand. I too was employed in a system that promoted Satan's kingdom that I worked 22 years in, had spent 5 years of my life preparing for, and was very good at. People prayed for me and I got delivered and quit. God gives grace and mercy before, during, and after our deceptions. I received it.

When you convert your garage into an office where you see patients free of charge who otherwise would be suffering...
When you work with other local assemblies to buy medicine for them,
and be sure the lost hear the Gospel and understand why you do what you do (because the Lord cares about them)...

None of this has ANYTHING to do with what Jesus says to do and everything to do with the methods of carnal fallen man. Giving the gospel in this context is a mixture. he surley does not give them divine healing which is how Jesus preached it. They are suffering because of SIN and all he is doing is making them comfortable in it, not telling them what the root cause is.

When you show as much love and compassion as he does, (and he would be shocked to hear himself spoken of this way...he's a humble guy who asks how he might be allowed to serve his patients when he walks into an exam room &#9829...
When you refrain from judging a sick person and just minister the Lord Jesus to them, as he does...

then we can talk.

He is serving them with the methods of the world, not how Christ did it or how He says a disciple is to do it. Please give scripture for your view of service. Perhaps a reading of the gospels to see how Jesus ministered would help as He is our example.

The two of you probably have more in common than you would guess. I remember about 20 years back his wife saying that she'd been having trouble with wrist pain, and her husband suggested to her that she needed to adjust her attitude toward her parents on the basis of Proverbs 14:30.

If he would apply that and the rest of what Jesus says to do he would not be a doctor long.

If you spent as much time loving others as you do judging them you would do well.
See...it's not pleasant, having someone who doesn't even know you judge you like that, right?
I wasn't really trying to judge the intent of your heart, but rather to have you see.

He deserves MUCH more then man's religious nonsense and thought patterns based on the knowledge of good and evil which came in at the fall. We do just as Jesus says to do at every opportunity and are seeking Him to do and see more. The issue is we do see the Jesus of the Bible and want Him to be seen as He said, did and still does. An older family member that I was close to growing up died of psoriasis of the liver because of all the drugs he brought into his body and the hepatitis that resulted. Being clean for more that 20 yrs it caught up with him and he passed on. Before he passed he had us pray and lay hands on him at his bed at home, for one day he had relief from the pain and the follow day God took him. We did not pray for healing but for relief. He knows why God took him and so do I. My father, who had no illness what so ,except for a broken heart over my mother's death, died the day before and we buried both of them.

The doctor's did what they could but his life was in God's hands and He took him, not because of sin because all his sin was paid for and put away, but because of the drugs that destroyed his body as a young man and cut his life short. Can you grasp the compassion and the slightest measure of God's mercy in all that? If not, then perhaps your heart has been hardened, not through any deceitfulness of sin or unbelief but through misappropriating the mercy of God and assigning evil to those things that God used in His plan. Do you still believe this was a bunch of religious nonsense to let God take him as He did? I am sure that his wife and daughter miss him much but to be absent from the body and present with the Lord is far greater. No bad liver up there to deal with, no heart ache or sorrow, only joy in the presence of God and the angels. At 67 yrs of age you should be thinking about that according to the mercy of God and how precious in God's sight is the death of His saints.

No, the devil killed him and you did NOTHING to stop him. Repent. Here is what the Bible says those who believe will do:

17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they[a] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
If your parents were both saved there should have been sorrow but rejoicing as well. This type of grief is DEMONIC and should have been cast out. You let it kill him. Repent.

Yes. You need to give me scripture that God "takes" any believer this way. They do NOT have to die sick or of grief. If God will not restore and heal the effects of sin He is a liar in His word and not God.

I am sure they do and the only reason they have to is because of religious lies and unbelief. In fact he fell short of even what the OT promises in Psalm 90 and Psalm 91. Take the responsibility for missing God and He will change things. I have had to WAY to often.

lesjude, i tried to multiquote more, as many ideas opposing Yahshua are in this thread - but really just one - men trust flesh instead of trusting Yahweh, so the men are cursed. Good thread.

(i.e. the medical world system, like the political one, and the rcc, are all raging against Christ Jesus and attacking His People all over the earth, trying to prevent anyone from finding and remaining faithful to the kingdom of God.) in terms of numbers - multitudes are and remain lost - because they refuse to quit serving demons. (exactly as written in Scripture).
