Worry mostly originates from fear I would think.
We pray for a situation and it calms us for a moment but later we see things looking the same and begin to worry the outcome won’t come to pass for our good and blessing as we prayed for
It’s definately not a form of “unbelief “ in Jesus dyong and being raised but I would say it’s probably not conducive to walking in faith either ever considered Peter walking on water by faith but then he looked at the winds and waves and realized what was happening and then suddenly he began to fear and sink and drown before he called out and Jesus saved him ?
i think on my age group sometimes we worry about things approaching death maybe “ I’m worried my sins aren’t forgiven or that my works will come up short when I face the lord “
but my worrying is mostly behind me about life’s needs and daily things younger people deal with . Jesus spoke about this in the gospel how we worry our lives away about the next meal or the rent or house payment will come from but ….at the same time we have the creator and provider of the universe with us who’s promised to be there with us always and “meet our needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus “ yet worry sort of runs our minds and hearts …..we strive and struggle and worry and want but only one thing is needed
Seek the kingdom and his righteousness and all those things we humans worry and want for and need and struggle to get and strive after will be provided by the lord as we move along in faith

I wonder if Jesus who ask the father to have the cup taken away from him would be accused of unbelief because he feared what he knew was going to transpire?
Worrying of what was about to happen and fearing it yet he said let your will be done, if unbelief was the same as worry then Jesus would be accused of unbelief and if this was a sin then he would not have been able to die on the cross for us
