Amen! It would be impossible for God to write with His own finger an imperfect law. God is perfect and His law is perfect for converting the soul Psa 19:7 It was Jesus taught on and kept, what the apostles taught on and kept and will be kept by His faithful until the very end of time. Rev 14:12 Rev 22:14
Yes I am fully aware God is perfect.

Actually, Arrons rod that budded and the manna was in their also.

Yes the ten commands were put it. It was a testimony of Israels sins,.\

and all of it was given and mt sinai it is all the law. As I said.
Yes, it was in there but its not law- only the Ten Commandments was the law that was inside the ark. The manna and rod is very symbolic though- I can go over later when I have more time, if you're interested in hearing.

The earthy temple was a replica of God's heavenly Temple and always pointed forward to something much greater. The earthy temple and all its furniture always showed us the plan of salvation and has a greater meaning now in the NC.

Our salvation is from sin Mat 1:21 Sin is breaking God's law the Ten Commandments Romans 7:7 Mat 5:18-30 and its what we will be judged by James 2:10-12, Mat 5:19-30 Ecc 12:13-14 Rev 22:14-15. Sin is what separated man from God Isa 59:2 Jesus came to reconcile us and showed us the Way- keeping all of the commandments and is our example to follow 1 John 2:6

Those who overcome will be reconciled and we all can, but it comes down to our choices.

Rev 22:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.

Hmmm I guess we have a different way of viewing things. I let the scripture answer the questions because my words mean nothing. If you consider this unloving that can be your choice, but only God knows our hearts so guess we will have to agree to disagree. Take care.
Your words let me know if you actually know what the scriptures mean. That's how our discussion started...over the meaning of verses in Romans 8.
I also used scripture. Last I checked, Philippians 2:3 is in the Bible. I didn't draw my understanding out of thin air. But your inability to explain and expound the scripture reveals your lack of understanding. You choose scripture you believe correspond to your arguments, but can't explain how. When someone questions your conclusions, rather than explain your understanding of what scripture teaches, you deflect from actually answering the question and put forth more scripture that you don't understand and that doesn't actually answer the question.
I'll try one last time: if a person is in Christ and commits a sin, are they no longer in Christ? Yes or no please.

I never said we had to sin

I said the 10 commands prove our guilt. because no one has kept them

Thats why the blook was poured over the mercy seat. so the cherub could not see our guilt..

DO you understand atonement?
I already provided the scripture that shows what the attornment was about- cleansing of sins.

Jesus offers that now when we sin 1 John 1:9 our salvation is from sin Mat 1:21, we are not saved in our sins. Jesus gives us everything so we can overcome, but yet people argue over why we don't have to keep His moral law and completely lost the plot on how through the blood of Jesus and His power we can gain victory over sin and in doing so, we would keep His commandments through love and faith. John 14:15 1 John 5:3 Exo 20:6 Rev 14:12 Romans 3:31

Because he feels he has to earn his salvation by how good he is.. so he hates a gospel that would show he is not worthy.. No different than when Jesus said the same to the pharisee
Jude, Paul, and 2Peter2 all agree.

2Peter2: 21It would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness than to have known it and then to turn away from the holy commandment passed on to them.

It's clear in this 2Peter2 verse that the "holy commandment" passed on to them is singular. And the very next verse compares these to dogs that return to their vomit and sows that go back to their wallowing.

I'm usually reticent in even considering the possibility that there are such as these among us but... Jude noticed and said so
Jude 1:4
For certain men have crept in among you unnoticed—ungodly ones who were designated long ago for condemnation. They turn the grace of our God into a license for immorality, and they deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.

Jude observes these will "slander what they don't understand," these who are "worldly and devoid of the Spirit."

But John 17 says of our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ, "His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence."

You summarized the crux of the issue with spiritually blind: they know what the Bible says but they don’t know what the Spirit means.

Legalists, like 7th Day punks, set up a quid pro quo arrangement with God: “Because I will do this, God will give me this”. It‘s a transactional exchange. When it becomes a religion it’s not difficult to ascertain from where it originated: from a being who can only be an employee of God. Sons of God realize they are sons not by anything they bring to the table. They don’t work to be like Him, they are like Him by His grace.

Our Father does not keep the Sabbath, the Sabbath was created for men. He is currently in a perpetual state of rest that will continue until the end of this age. In Christ all may enter into this rest as long as it is called “today”. Rest is a state of being. By “Trying to keep it”, like the Adventists and Legalists, they openly admit their inability to enter into it. By trying to keep it, they openly declare that God is unable to establish the rest we have in Christ. This makes them unbelievers according to His gospel.

Do you want to know what Jesus called the spiritually blind? Those who keep their rules over the commandments of God and He quotes directly from the Ten Commandments.

The Sabbath was made for man- but God kept the Sabbath as well, not because God needed rest, but to be the example for man to follow as man is made in the image of God to follow Him, not to do our own thing. Gen 2:1-3 Exo 20:11 Luke 4:16

Matthew 15:3 He answered and said to them, “Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition? 4 For God commanded, saying, ‘Honor your father and your mother’; and, ‘He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.’ 5 But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me is a gift to God”— 6 then he need not honor his father [a]or mother.’ Thus you have made the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition. 7 Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying:

8 ‘These people draw near to Me with their mouth,
And honor Me with their lips,
But their heart is far from Me.

9 And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ ”

10 When He had called the multitude to Himself, He said to them, “Hear and understand: 11 Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man.”

12 Then His disciples came and said to Him, “Do You know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this saying?”

13 But He answered and said, “Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted will be uprooted. 14 Let them alone. They are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch.”

Also, we really need to work on the judging that goes around here- calling someone unbelievers is a big difference than showing what the scriptures teach. Regardless of the judging that goes on, it means nothing because Jesus is the only one who can judge our hearts and we will all stand before Him one day soon.

Arrons Rod proves Israels sin

The ark was the place of Gods judgment, the things inside the ark were the articles of Guilt brought before God

the blood COVERED the articles of Guilt as a means of atoneing for the guilty

Quotie McQuotestein. Still no understanding. Just empty words. You have to continue to the epistles to get the whole message.
It’s on brand for the immature so no worries. Hopefully you'll grow up.

Jesus didn't say don't judge. He merely said be careful how you judge as we are subject to the same judgment. And though we have no ability to make final judgments, we are in fact to make functional ones. How else is one to decide whether an argument agrees or disagrees with scripture? No one is judging you personally; only your understanding and what that implies. It simply facilitates discussion.

I believe this thread demonstrates once again, a serious lack of First Testament knowledge.

What is called "The Law" by many was not given to non-believers. The Law was given to the redeemed; those God brought out of bondage and who had previously pledged their loyalty and obedience to Him. It as never ment to be a means of salvation; but is instead a guide to believers for living a redeemed life. It is AFTER redemption not before. It was never a means of salvation, then or now.

There is no conflict here.

Saying someone is an unbeliever because they want to obey God the way He asks is judging someone personally- sorry you don't see it that way. But as I stated, I am not worried about what man thinks, there were many scoffers in the day of Jesus and all throughout the bible and will continue until Jesus comes. Nothing new under the sun.

Agreed, we are not saved by the law. The law just shows us our sins Romans 3:20 Romans 7:7, so we know what is right and wrong according to God Psa 119:172 and points us to Jesus who through Him we can keep by His power though faith and love. Rom 3:31 John 14:15-18 Exo 20:6 Rev 14:12

The Ten Commandments shows us our sin Romans 7:7 Romans 3:20, the Holy Spirit convicts us of sin, so feeling guilt over sinning is a good thing, because it shows we have not harden our hearts. Being comfortable living in sin is a dangerous place to be Heb 10:26-30. Sin hurts Jesus because it shows our allegiance is to another 1 John 3:8 Jesus wants us to overcome sin and we can do so through Him, it just requires a willing heart. John 14:15-18

It's a functional judgment based on what you have shared. It's not a final judgment. No one here is qualified to judge you eternally. But it isn't hard to tell that you have been indoctrinated and not taught because you cannot explain the scripture, only parrot more.

Your having a hard time understanding the purpose of the ark of the covenant and the atonement

Can you explain it to me? what does it all symbolise
