Your adoption of a hierarchical ideology implies a subspecies of human over which others may rule so, naturally, it would not be unreasonable to assume you would likely dismiss my 'inferior' opinion as your friend suggests you should do, seeing that you hold his opinion in much higher regard.
Are you are subspecies of human to your President? Why you would think that is beyond me.

It was unreasonable of you to assume. If you knew me, you would realise I don't ask questions if I don't want answers. We were having a polite and what I considered an interesting conversation when your assumption turned everything on it's head and made it unpleasant.

Great story. Do what you must to make yourself feel better.
Take your ego and depart mate. Now I have no interest in continuing our discussion.

Have a nice day.

The president does not nor should think that he rules over me.
So you're an anarchist?

I admit, it is a bit hard to imagine your current President governing anything. ;)

Not sure what you think we are going to co-rule with Christ then, trees?

For all those who believe, and likely will, be here during the tribulation, they will find out what it's like to be ruled over by a dictator who looks down his nose at everyone around him...other than his side-kick that does miracles in his sight.

I'm rooting for all you folks out there who think yourselves Marine touch enough to withstand what's coming as attendees of the First Church of the Masochists!

You aren't comfortable judging for yourself, so you need others to do it for you? I'm ruling with Christ atm, but there's no one under me except those that accept my counsel of their own volition, if they're wise :sneaky:

How do you know he isn't already here? Have you not been keeping up with the news?

Please show to us where I said anything about the man of sin not being on earth yet. Making stuff up that I never said isn't an honest handling of the post I made.

yeah .. ok .. more than comfortable judging for myself. see below.

Unfortunately, your counsel had no scriptural reasoning to back it up. I gave you the opportunity to add some value to your opinion with scripture but you passed it up.

I'll stick to being unwise and listen to those with sound reasoning based on scripture. At least then I'll know exactly what I agree or disagree with and not simply have to contend with someone's overly inflated ego.

Ever have someone quickly toss a rock in the bushes, and then ask .. "What was that?!"

Some want to divert away and break up the cohesiveness of a thread, so Christians will not be able to fellowship and learn from another.

The Rapture is reality. I am surprised how there are those hate what is going to happen...

Who's side are they on?
Can they be filled with the Holy Spirit and stand opposed as some do?

Rapture (of the Church) The resurrection
of all Church Age believers from the earth to
forever be with the Lord (1 Thess. 4:13–17). The
Rapture marks the end of the Church Age and
the beginning of the Tribulation. Synonyms: exit
resurrection; resurrection of the Church.
The theological title “Rapture” derives from the
Latin rapio, used in the Latin Vulgate to translate
the Greek harpazo (1 Thess. 4:17). Both of these
terms indicate being caught up and taken away,
carried off suddenly, to meet the Lord. When the
Rapture takes place, all Church Age believers,
alive and dead, will rendezvous with the Lord
somewhere above the earth. At the sound of
the trumpet, “in the twinkling of an eye . . . we
will be changed” from a body of corruption to
a body of incorruption (1 Cor. 15:51–53; cf. Phil.
3:20–21). First Thessalonians 4:15–17 gives the
order of events: “The Lord Himself will descend
from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the
archangel . . . and the dead in Christ [departed
Church Age believers] will rise first” with their
eternal resurrection bodies (verse 16). “Then we
who are alive and remain [Church Age believers
still on earth] will be caught up [harpazo] together
with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the
air” and receive resurrection bodies (verse 17a).
The Rapture will be followed by a period of
fantastic happiness and celebration, a ‘reunion’
of the entire royal family, assembled for the
first time in spontaneous mass recognition of
the Lord Jesus Christ (Rom. 14:11

Wait, you don't think the War in Heaven happened yet and God booted Satan out?

Even knowing Jesus said He saw Satan fall like lightning?
Perhaps the third heaven, the environs of God's throne.
The 1st and 2nd heaven is still Satan's stomping ground.

2Co 12:2
I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.
