I wasn't going to post this but you need this, I see hurting people and fearful people who are God's children, they may not feel like it or even look like it at times, but they are God's children.

The Bible only gives the father the right to name his child, not the mom but the dad.

You don't have the authority to name yourself, no one has the authority to name you but your Father and if you are a blood bought child of God then God is your Father then the devil and everyone else including you doesn't have the authority to name you period. You have a name your parents gave you, you have a name God gave you...... Use it.

If God called you something great, then you are something great even if it doesn't look like it or feel like it. Find out what the Bible says about you.

Isaiah 54:17 *No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
 If your not a Christian the God of the Bible can't give you a name.

I think I should say one more thing, people say all kinds of negative things about others , we think negative things about ourselves, that is the names we are given those are the names God DIDN'T give us.

Good words small one!
I just wanted to share for those that have only God Our Father as their father.
Continue to go to him as he is your father. He will show you his great and healing love.
He will let you know him as a father, and the gift is he is a perfect father that is true in all he gives you, from his gental love to his strong protection, from his guidence and advice to his humor.
His great love will call out all your tears and wipe them away. And then fill your heart with only tears of love, joy and laughter.
He is father to the fatherless, his promise is to you his love and care.
Trust in him and know his promise.
It is an amazing lesson and gift.

Thanks for posting this! You are absolutely right.

This is something I have pondered before. If God says this about me, but I think the opposite about myself, then someone is definitely wrong, and I know God isn't wrong, so logically I have to be the one in error and I need to figure out why I think the way I think about myself or others.

I got another one:

Jesus said "get thee behind me Satan."

Behind means past or back

Read it as

Stay in my past, you aren't allowed in my present(ce).
