Jesus is the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost:

As the bible clearly emphasizes there is power in the name of Jesus! Why is there objection to water baptizing in the name of Jesus when His name is used after saying prayers, using it to heal the sick, cast out demons, etc.?
Jesus is the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit

im not objecting to people being baptized in the name of Jesus. its in the bible

I did not think you were objecting.
Sorry if you took my post negatively. It was not meant to be that way. Was just attempting to answer your question with scripture and comments that pointed to the truth.
I do get pretty passionate-hope I did not offend.

Something to consider for those who reject the need for water baptism:

“And all the people that heard him, and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with the baptism of John. But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him.” Luke 7:29-30
