Thank you sevenseas for all this research. You are fearless in getting the information out there.

Comparing anyone in the bible to anyone NOT in the bible is really not good practice.

I'm still not clear on what Sevenseas is trying to say though

why does someone go to WIKI for an explanation of WOF?

that alone would be an interesting discussion
Was looking for a clear explanation of what word of faith actually teaches. Why not? Why discuss fallible men?

I seem to recall that stones is a part of the Dominion theology movement which actually has WOF as its roots

it just goes on and on, error after multiplying error
I'm not part of any movement. You err. I would say lie but I try to play fair. Not so you I"ve found Lauren

well, for one thing seven/lauren is not stating what she personally believes herself compared to the plain teachings shown here in wiki.

Give the scriptures please to refute.

really?

so then you are simply on your own?

okay

yeah

scriptures are well provided in the posts above

let's be adults and not professors of strange and unusual things that are not in the Bible, and address what I posted and which is DOCUMENTED in the books written by copeland

that is what WOF teaches, Copeland is one of the most popular WOF preachers so quite dodging and address the actual claims of WOF instead of a scrubbed WIKI version that has no biblical references, but instead makes doctrinal Christianity sound like grannies old underwear

I've already stated I follow several ministries. And have posted from sites here.

How about you? Let's dissect your life...

LOL! like I didn't know. what are those ministries? you always seem kind of vague and seem to prefer all those extra-biblical books and Jewish writings etc etc

I would not consider that your life, but maybe it is?

dunno

I think I'm very clear on what I believe as most here will attest? they may not like it, as you certainly don't, but I don't dodge, change the subject, ignore what others say because I can't answer it and all the other things you constantly do

false teachers and those who follow them, get angry when you point out the error

this site is full of such threads

it's not personal, but they make it personal when you refute the precious extra-biblical beliefs

notice all those personal comments when all I did was post about Copelands' beliefs

they cannot answer and they attack instead

oh well. at least people can read what WOF actually teaches

Calvary Chapel

the older version

in fact, I even attended the original one in CA years back..sadly, the founder has died and his son in law has taken over and gone after hyper charismatic sensationalism

It's well known on this site that I am not a cessationist and also known I don't suffer those who run after experiences and put that before the Word

Calvary Chapel puts the word first, affirms the gifts, but does not suffer the bizarre things that are not of Christ and not of the Holy Spirit

The only person I've ever put on ignore has been you Lauren. And it makes you angry.

as far as anyone having a different profile, that's none of your business

it's just a part of the usual personal attack that you folks make when you have a light shone on your bizarre and unbiblical beliefs

the mods know who I am..and that IS their business, it is not yours

and while we are on that topic, a good number of people on this site have been other people and I know some of them

so don't you worry over anything or think you are playing religious Sherlock.

very honestly? I don't even know what you are talking about

my name is not lauren. is something wrong with you? some people here know my real name. I don't use my real name in a forum

anything and everything except deal with what I posted concerning WOF

you are doing EXACTLY what I say and what I said you would do

Your last user name...

I'm not the only one who thinks this. You two are identical. Use the same phrases...same bitterness.

And is against the rules.

and you would be one of those.

good you were truthful about those extra-biblical Jewish writings. that's a start

still cannot answer about Copeland?
