Onwings there is no correct "order" of salvation.
Belief and repentance and regeneration may not be in that order, or confession. The bible says we are (present tense) sanctified, and we have already overcome based on Christ's merits not our own. There are different meanings for the word sanctification, and thanks to Christ our justification and sanctification are present realities not future attainments.
What does Jesus say?
Revelation 2:26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

Overcometh is future tense and how do we overcome by keeping God's word until the end.

"He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." John 3:36

“But we are all as an unclean thing, and ALL OUR RIGHTEOUSNESSES ARE AS FILTHY RAGS; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the
wind, have taken us away” Isaiah 64:60

“Knowing that a man is NOT JUSTIFIED BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we
might be justified by the faith of Christ, and NOT BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW: for BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW SHALL NO FLESH BE JUSITIFIED”
Galatians 2:16

Your works cannot save you. If you have never trusted Jesus as your Savior APART from good works, then you are deceived.....

What does Jesus say?
Revelation 2:26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

Overcometh is future tense and how do we overcome by keeping God's word until the end.
Probably not the best verse to use to show overcoming.
If you read this verse in context you can see that it is a special reward - "power over the nations" (not salvation) for overcoming the particular nasties at the time (Jezebel etc).

Here's one verse which shows that sanctification is a completed work thanks to Jesus not a process (and there are many others eg Heb 10:14, which also says we are perfected forever):

Heb 10:10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

In this way Christ's death on the cross was sufficient for both our justification (being made right with God) and sanctification (our ceremonial cleanness or holiness.), neither of these are attributed to our own works but to Christ.

Romans 10:9 and 10 are just as easy to understand as Genesis 1:1 and John 3:16..........I am pretty sure God said what He meant and meant what He said

John 5:24
Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

ONCE THEY BELIEVE.

the bible clearly states that u have to die in Christ inorder for you to recieve eternal life. But what is to die in Christ or what does it mean to believe in Christ! The bible does tell us in hebrews that faith without works is dead. it is through an action and result that u can see faith. saying it wnt get u anywere, doing it will. thats why Jesus said that' not everyone who says Lord Lord shall enter into the Kingdom of heaven, but only he that does the will of the father'. and what is the will? love God with all your heart and love your naighbour as u love yourself. love is also like faith, there has to be an action and a result for you to see it. if u love someone, u wnt do things that hurt them and u always wnt to please them. the bible also does tell us that we suld not just be hearers of the word but also doers of the word because Jesus is coming and with him rewards according to ur actions here on earth.
