How have you identified Nero as the man of lawlessness - I never stated who he was.

Some people don't believe that the anti-christ has been revealed yet, but in my view, I do believe He has come already, and his name was Nero Ceasur.

AubreyG did and you seemed to be in agreement. I just thought I would point out some difficulties with this notion.

What I said was:

AubreyG is right - Paul's letter to the Thessalonianis very much directed to THEIR issues not ours

And that's in context with the topic "Who was almost all of the New Testament Written to?"

"Who was almost all of the New Testament Written to?"
Whoso readeth!

“When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand” (Matthew 24:15)

That was
easy :)

He who has ears to hear, let him hear!
https://www.bible.com/search/bible?q=who%20ear%20let%20hear

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
He who overcomes shall not be hurt by the second death.”

I guess some here says this does not pertain to them, shame.

There is no use getting involved in a meaningful conversation here, no one believes what the Bible says to answer the question in an exegetical way. Rather , false witness and assumption of "what you believe" is all that matters here. For instance:
Q. Who was almost all of the New Testament Written to?
A.
Hebrews 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers...

See how easy Solution Scriptora is?
Now watch the back lash against the WORD.
It's too bad

the OT and the NT were written by the very SAME Creator; live as He desires for His children to live,
each and every day of your lives, 'once He calls you into His Holy Heart!!! there will be no questions
to be asked after this Holy-Spiritual-Event...only His learning process of how He teaches us how He wants
us to 'get' to where He wants us to be...

Hello oldethennew,
I think your synopsis could be a legitimate conclusion. But could you exegete (pull out of the Bible) a verse or verses that says what you are trying to say? In other words: I believe the Bible is the infallible word of God, and because of that faith all of my understanding of God's will must be able to shown from the scripture. So if a person asks the question 'who was almost all of the New testament to?' my answer Must come out of the scripture.
Unfortunately, no many of the folks here so far like to have exegetical discussion, rather they like argue (and not in a apologetic way) and not read what others write. It's unfortunate.
But I'll try my best to not do so to others.
Thanks
