When you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the kingdom of heaven indwells in you, the kingdom is here with you now.

No need in waiting or debating if it is here with you or not. Just gotta open your eyes to see it, and may the Lord Jesus Christ do that for you.
According to the Word, you are correct.

Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

The bible also says if you are still a human[flesh and blood] person,
or a coruptable human you have [not] inherited the kingdom yet.

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God;
nor does corruption inherit incorruption. [we will when our change comes].

We are begotten, heir to the kingdom, waiting for His [Kingdom to come] to earth.

You are also correct where we are currently corrupt, and thus cannot enter the Lords realm of peace. We do await the change in us.
Nevertheless, as the Lord states that the kingdom of God is within us, it must then be there for a reason, and affecting us in some way according to our level of spirituality.

The Kingdom was inaugurated at Christs first coming. He taught how the kingdom would grow from a tiny seed to a tree that would fill the earth. In Daniel the kingdom is seen as a rock that hits the statue of the kingdoms of this world and grows into a Mountain that also fills the earth.

We are living in the Kingdom Age now. Christs Kingdom continues to grow There are two ages spoken of in the Bible, this present age which those at Christs first coming were living in and the age to come which was what Christ set up at his coming. That age is the New Covenant Age.

Jesus made a statement about John the Baptist which baffled me for some time. He said that the least in the Kingdom of Heaven was greater than him. I felt sorry for poor old John being demoted after all his hard work. Then I realised the meaning of what Jesus said. He wasn't having a dig at John. He was saying that John as last of the Prophets was part of the old covenant between God and Israel that past away when the New Covenant in the form of the Church came into being.
