Sometimes I feel unworthy to pray. I deserve nothing, so I do not ask for anything big but just something small if it's not imposing too much on God. What a slap in the face! God didn't put conditions on prayer, so why should I?

Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. Jeremiah 33:3

God just says call. If I invited someone to my house that means I want them to come and I am excited when they come. God invites us to prayer. He wants us to come before Him. He is excited when we come before Him.

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16

I don't have to earn the right to come before God in prayer. I don't have to earn an answer to prayer. Unbelief is the only thing that ties God's hands and hinders answered prayer. Otherwise, since I don't deserve anything and everything I have is simply because of God's grace, why not ask for something big? God likes to show off how He can and will provide for His children.

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Ephesians 3:20

I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it. Psalms 81:10

Not through me, my friend, to me. I just post what the Lord has laid on my heart.

Go boldly to the throne of God. He said to put on his robes of rightousness. You are covered with the blood of Jesus there fore when Father looks at you he sees Jesus his Son. God is not mad at you he loves you very much. If you are doing your best to follow God then he is happy to bless you. To feel unworthy is not of God. God gave his life because he says you are wonderful!
