Are you anxious?

Know that everything takes place at the exact moment:

• Pro 16:1 -> “The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD.”.
• Pro 16:9 -> “A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.”.
• Jer 10:23 -> “O Jehovah, I know that the way of man does not belong to man; it is not in man who walks to direct his steps.”.

We can see an example of this below:

• Luk 22:10,11 -> “And He said to them, Behold, when you have entered into the city, you will meet a man bearing a pitcher of water. Follow him into the house where he enters. And you shall say to the master of the house, The Teacher says to you, Where is the guest room where I shall eat the passover with My disciples?”.

Observe that if that man bearing the pitcher go out before or after the exact moment, the disciples wouldn’t find anybody. I don’t know the day of this fella, if was anxious to arrive with this pitcher in order to move forward with his service or if he found someone very pleasant and wished to prolong the conversation.

Whatever, he wouldn’t be able to arrive before the right moment (something would preclude him), nor would be allowed to dally in that place which was delightful to him. As it is said:

• Ecc 3:1 -> “To every thing there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the heavens:”.

Think also in the passage of Zaccheus:

• Luk 19:2-4 -> “And behold, there was a man named Zaccheus, who was a chief tax-collector. And he was rich. And he sought to see Jesus, to see who He was. And he could not because of the press, because he was little in stature. And he ran in front and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see Him. For He was to pass through that way.”.

Imagine if this sycamore was a man. How many years this sycamore was planted in their place, apparently being a common tree amidst many others, without any special utility. Little did this tree know that it would enter to the history of Jesus and with a purpose so noble: to give occasion for filling the heaven with much joy (Luke 15:7,10) in virtue of the salvation of Zaccheus.

Certain day I was a little upset coping with the computer. It started to present a glitch. I spent sometime trying to sort out the problem. When it was solved part of the problem, I gave in and went out to go to the public hospital.

When I arrived on the top of the hill, one sister said well happy: “how are you, man of God?”. This greeting made me very happy.

The detail is that: if I didn’t have tried to sort out the problem or if I decided only to go out after the problem is outright solved, I won’t have found that sister.

So, have a calm day, certain that everything you need will reach you at the right moment. Only get ready for your opportunity (Ecc 9:11).
