[h=1]John 3:20-21 Amplified Bible (AMP)[/h] [SUP]20 [/SUP]For every wrongdoer hates the Light, and does not come to the Light [but shrinks from it] for fear that his [sinful, worthless] activities will be exposed and condemned. [SUP]21 [/SUP]But whoever practices truth [and does what is right—morally, ethically, spiritually] comes to the Light, so that his works may be plainly shown to be what they are—accomplished in God [divinely prompted, done with God’s help, in dependence on Him].”

In His Light by frogfrog

In the darkness of my denial, I don't see my defects: But Jesus' Light reveals them--I am undone, I am confronted with the dross within me; But Jesus does not condemn nor shame me; but with His loving, kind nail-pierced hands shows me comfort in my distress and sheds light into every corner of my life to make me blessed. Jesus' Grace reveals my ever-present dependence on the sight of His Truth-revealing Face, and my undying thirst for the cleansing, refreshing, Living water--He prepares me as His Bride to be forever at His side--When I surrender everything--my all; I come into His Light and as He sits enthroned, making my heart His dwelling place; when all is said and done, and heaven becomes my eternal home--Jesus my Sabbath Rest, my all in all, I am forever blessed.
