Is your heart protecting you against the evil or giving room to it? (Part 2)

Fortunately, this malign mouth won’t stay forever:

• Psa 12:3 -> “Jehovah shall cut off all flattering lips, the tongue that speaks proud things,”

Not to mention that…

… the lips of the wise will protect their life:

• Pro 12:14 -> “A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth, and the reward of a man's hands shall be given to him.”.
• Pro 13:2 -> “From the fruit of his mouth a man shall eat good, but the soul of the treacherous eats violence.”
• Rom 10:9-10 -> “Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation.”.
• Rev 3:10 -> “Because you have kept the Word of My patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation which will come upon all the habitable world, to try those who dwell upon the earth.”.
• Rev 12:11 -> “And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony. And they did not love their soul until death.”

So, let’s stay in the counsel of the Creator so that we can always cause His people to hear His Words and, thus, His peoply can turn from their evil way and from the evil of their doings (Jer 23:22), giving conditions so that good news can be proclaimed for them:

• Isa 52:7 -> “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good tidings, making peace heard; who brings good news, making salvation heard; who says to Zion, Your God reigns!”.

Therefore, the best thing to do is to walk with those who are wise:

• Pro 13:20 -> “He who walks with the wise shall be wise, but a companion with fools shall be destroyed.”.

The lips of the wise will protect the life of those who belong to Jesus. After all, the faith is of hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (Rom 10:17).

So, have a good day embracing all things that arouse in you good feelings and thoughts so that you can protect and be protected against everybody and everything that may keep you and your beloved off Jesus and His kingdom.
