We all know those sayings...proof is in the pudding or actions speak louder than words. We know from our own actions and those around us that sometimes we say how much we care for others, but our actions show that emotion is surface, and does not run deep. I am not saying this to anyone to make them feel guilty. We all can work on improving our words and actions, making them consistently intentional and loving.

We are not left with unrealistic goals, for we were created in the image of the most consistent, ever present, source of love. His words and actions always line up. It may seem that He is silent, no where to be found. However, I assure you....even more, He assures us...He will always be who He says He is, and His love will always flows more intense and profound than anyone can penetrate conceivably.

We must not allow even the notion of His abandoning, for He and His actions are true and right. It is not ours to reflect on the wrongdoings of anything or anyone except for in prayer.

Ours is to gaze lovingly on our good Shepherd and to love one another in word and in deed, all selflessly, all for His Glory. He created us with a capacity to love, then died so we can shine that love freely. Love is so much more than sappy, ooey gooey, it is merciful, bountiful, and oh so beautiful. We can hear it and see it, for it shows itself clearly.

I am so grateful for His goodness, that in Him we can know and act on His goodness.

Lord… I see and feel Your love, and when I do not, I know that it has everything to do with where my heart and mind are, not Yours. You are never changing and You are the richness of love itself. Help us all show love and mercy today and every day.

we, born as humans, know no Godly Mercy or Grace on our own, and yet, if He chooses to call and elect us
to KNOW what this means through His Holy Love, then we truly are of the elect, because our lives wholly
belong to Him and His Holy ways that will manifest themselves in OUR INDIVIDUAL LIVES,
day by day...

There are those that say that life has treated them unfairly. Personally, rather than be treated fairly from God I would much rather have His compassion and mercy. These qualities of God come from His love for us. Rather than being treated fairly Jesus died on the cross for our sins.
