Is Slaying in the Spirit scriptural. Why didn't it happen in the Apostolic Church of Acts?
Nowadays all weird kind of things is happening in the Church, people crawling on the floor, being led on a chain like a dog, barking, a woman with her lower body exposed in front of the Congregation, woman Pastor delivering a sermon with her tits exposed.

I hate pictures like this because it closes off people from the real work of the Holy Spirit's power upon people.

I have also been in meetings where I have felt the presence of a weight (no one touching me) upon me, and I just went with it gently back where someone caught me let me down and was there to cover any part of me that needed covering. Which it didn't.

No one was being noisy or spastic. There was a gentle bathing in a supernatural power, and I can only testify that much healing happened to me at that time. The fruit of what happened to me was a greater awareness of how powerful and loving my Lord is. And that I had been putting Him in a box, not expecting greater experiences of Him.

Please don't throw the baby out with the bath water. There are always counterfeits along with the real, but it is dangerous to judge any manifestation of the Holy Spirit that you don't understand.

SLAYING IN THE SPIRIT
Slaying in the spirit is when a person is being prayed for by a Pastor, Bishop, Evangelist etc., and the person is falling to the ground, claiming that its the work of the Holy Spirit.
Many justify Slaying in the Spirit with Scriptures like (Eze.1:28; Dan.8:17-18; 10:7-9; Rev.1:17)

In all of these cases, it was prophets, and not ordinary men falling down.
The falling down was a reaction of the person because of seeing a vision or coming in contact with the Supernatural.
The slaying of the spirit is where the Pastor lay hands, not the person seeing a vision of the Most High like Ezekiel, or coming in contact with an angel.
Ezekiel, Daniel, John fell on their faces because of what or whom they saw. (Whether a vision or angel or the appearance of the Most High)

EZEKIEL
Ezekiel fell upon his face when seeing the appearance of the Almighty and the spirit entered him and set him on his feet. (Eze.1:28; 2:1-2)
It was clear that Ezekiel's energy was drained coz the spirit had to enter him so he could be able to stand on his feet.

DANIEL
Daniel fell on his face because he was afraid of what he saw and of the angel. But he did not only fell on his, he fell into a deep sleep also (Dan.8:17-18)

THE EFFECTS OF HAVING A CLOSE ENCOUNTER
Daniel described it as "and there remained no strength in me"..."and I retained no strength" (Dan.10:8)
John describes his experience as "...I fell at His feet as dead" (Rev.1:17)

The so-called slaying in the spirit is worked by the laying on of hands of a Pastor. If it is worked by the Spirit as many claim, why wasn't it a manifestation in the Church of Acts when the Spirit moved mightily among man?

FELL ON THEIR FACES
These prophets fell forward on their faces, in the act of worship, into a deep sleep, and as dead
Believers in these last days fall on their backs being fully conscious.
The Prophets fell down when they came into the presence of God, but people today fall down when they are touched by a Pastor.
Why don't these people fall down during the service or anytime, anywhere when they come in contact with the presence of God?
There are some ministers of whose names I prefer not to mention, who parade God's miracles and working of power, like its a show.
Never did Jesus nor the Apostles parade the the wonder working power of God as a show nor an advertisement.
I've come through many hands of those praying for me. If you don't fall down, they simply help you by pushing you down.
Does God need any bodies help to demonstrate His Power?

PLAYING THE GUESSING GAME
Some Pastors would say, that the Lord tells them that here are someone who have a pain in the right arm.
Then 5 people will come forward for prayer who have a pain in the right arm.
Hello Christian, wake up! Didn't the Lord say there was someone, not people.
Why do we allow ourselves to be deceived.
In a congregation of a 100 members, it is easy to guess, but with 5 members, they wouldn't dare to try guessing.
Discern the spirits whether they are of God.
Why does some people 1st have 2b tested if they are really healed before they can be brought onto the stage, then the Pastor knows that when he prays, it cannot flop and he being embarrassed?
How can a man take His jacket and throw it to the crowd and claim it to be the anointing, Spirit that he throws on the people?
God is not mocked.

HOW GOD WORKS
God told a certain disciple with the name of Ananias to go pray for a man named Saul (Acts.9:11)
Then God told Saul that a man named Ananias was coming to pray for him. (Acts9:12)
God gave the names of each person, not being unspecific.
God gave Ananias the name of the Street, not a playing of hide and seek. (Acts.9:11)
God told Ananias the name of the person in whose house Saul was. (Acts.9:11)
These fake what they call a word of knowledge, sorry but I don't buy it.
The God I know is precise, definite, accurate, not these fake we seeing going around these days.
