The good we do is never lost!
However dire the situation which we are living in seems to be, don’t mean to forsake Jesus and His teachings. No weapon that is formed against you shall be blessed (Isaiah 54.17); rather they will wear out.
Why do we wear out planning on the evil against someone? It would be more reasonable we wear them down through prayers and good deeds. Why is easier believing in the power of evil? Many times, we overlook the grace of Jesus and, with this, we play down His Word, power and love.
Do not lose your heart in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not faint (Galatians 6.9). Don’t matter the size of the struggle: Jesus will be with us (Isaiah 43.5) and, undoubtedly, we will come through all this if we hear His voice and look on His will as a privilege.
So, have a day in Christ Jesus much more glorious than the afflictions of this present time (Romans 8.18).
- “O Jehovah, You have seen my wrong; judge my cause. You have seen all their vengeance, all their plots against me. You have heard their reproach, O Jehovah, all their plots against me; the lips of those who rose up against me, and their scheming against me all the day. Behold their sitting down and their rising up; I am their song.” (Lam 3.59-63).
