i believe God's calling was a form of divine intervention

i went from being an unbeliever
loving my life of sin
feeling like a pretty good dude

and not even once picking up a bible to truely study it (though i flipped through one a few times as a child)

to knowing i was wicked
knowing Jesus is who He said
being so scared of God and a just punishment that it brought me to tears
and i like an idiot tried to convince myself He was not truely even real

obviously.... i couldnt continue trying to ignore Him.... without being willfully ignorant and lying to myself

my fear was too strong to continue that

so

i started seeking Him honestly

and here i am

5 (ish) years later

a saved (also divine intervention)
born again believer

lol

i do not believe God is limited by what we would call

"natural laws of the universe"

He can do / has done / will do what He pleases

Divine intervention isn't subject to anything... Everything is subject to God, including natural laws, but I don't personally think God intervenes very much in the natural order of things, not yet anyhow.

Hi there. I could clearly see God’s divine intervention regarding my daughter’s college admission in one of the best Christian colleges. She was a bit short of the percentage needed for her preferred course and we were running out of time as that was the last day of admissions. I sat in the college (in one corner) and prayed for God’s favor. In a miraculous way I got to speak to the principal who approved her admission without asking a single question. It was so crowded and crazy that meeting her itself seemed impossible and we were almost nearing the closing time. All glory to God. There are more instances but this is the most recent.

Is it intervention when GOD is the creator, the author of all. he knew us before we were born. Was it intervention when He called saul to be paul on the Damascus road. I am not disagreeing the fact of divine intervention just another viewpoint. Thank you for allowing me to share.
