Can anyone recomend some good picture books about the ten plagues, passover and exodus to read with children.

I'm finding good Bible picture books hard to find. Some have too much text, some have too little and others miss important parts of the story.

The pictures need to be fresh and the text not so tiny cos children want to read them as well.

I recommend Uncle Arthur's bible books for children. I used to read these to my daughter when she was young. Plenty of pictures, easy to understand and generally biblically accurate.

I'm not looking for ones that people had years ago. I want to buy new ones.

wow nobody has them.

I guess people are way to busy with other stuff...you know like plagues and what not.

Hi. How old are the children if you don´t mind my asking. I have a children´s bible book as well as a teen book, written like a comic book. Both have many pictures. I´ll look at them and give you the names.

The teenage bible is called THE ACTION BIBLE...it won the Christian Book Award and was published by David C. Cook 2010

Try searching on google or use ebay.co.uk or amazon.co.uk/com to buy books. There's everything on them two websites, more so on ebay.

Im looking more for younger children ages 6-11

There doesnt seem to much in the way of individual stories from the Bible. if someone has published easy to read picture books with a variety of stories that can be read out loud I would like to know. Say if it came in a set of 25 and so each child could borrow one and swap it for another when they finished.

preferably hardback. The illustrations cant be too babyish!
