So this is now derailed to obese kids? Anyway Kay, this is in the 1930s, the parents look normal and skinny, this seems to prove that obesity is not necessarily down to neglecting the child by feeding too much. There was a case recently in UK where a mother had her obese kid taken away from her, yet she claimed she did not over feed him or give him wrong foods.
