There are a lot of signs of the times right now. Mainly the loss of the truth of God.

That's a biggie because the loss of the truth, means the loss of the direction to salvation.

Locusts(Cicadas) are periodical. They appear every so many years. Some appear every 13 years and some appear every 17 years. Parts of the US are expected to get swarms of them this Spring as well.

Tennessee had them in 2011. They only appear in certain areas and not all over the place. You would go outside and your drive would be totally covered with them.

This isn't a sign, but something that happens every so many years

Of course the locusts that have swarmed Israel came from Egypt, and are called desert locusts. They do not occur with regulatiry, but have happened often int he past ( 1926-1934, 1940-1948, 1949-1963, 1967-1969 and 1986-1989.)

I appreciate your straightfowardness, there's a lot of hooplah sometimes and it's like 'this is a sign, that is a sign'
the political climate can be taken as a sign.
earthquakes and hurricanes are natural and when they start happened in places they really shouldn't then we'll have a problem.

haha, i live in North Carolina, we had an earthquake here a year or two ago. Felt from NY almost to FL. We don't get earthquakes, so it was really freaky. I normally don't get spooked over all these 'signs' either, but that one spooked me.

We've had earthquakes in NC before as well. I remember one back around 98. They arent terribly common here, but they also arent completely unheard of.
