An important correction I have to make RE what I said days ago

I said that there were 3 Supreme Ct Justices (as of some weeks ago but probably hasn't changed)

who wanted to hear the vote fraud evidence Trump and Friends had (have)

Gorsuch, Thomas and Alito

that, I was correct about

But I said something about how that is not a majority. Then I remembered that it doesn't have to be a majority to agree to hear the case.

For that, only ONE more Justice is needed.. ONE more.. The Sup Ct takes on cases that 4 Justices agree to hear..

There were only two -- Thomas and Alito. And even there with some reservations. They did not plainly say:

"The presidential election was stolen. We want to see every bit of evidence, and there can be no decisions until this matter is settled by the Supreme Court. Everything must be put on hold until there is a thorough investigation by an INDEPENDENT commission".

well, I heard Gorsuch considered it also... though I have to say I never got details about that alleged story... Still, I never believe unreliable sources... cnn and their ilk

yeh, so many things could have been done but were not...
