Again thank you. I wasn't meaning what I said as predictions. Instead I was trying to point out that very similar to those Scriptures, especially about the ten horns(Rev. 17:12-18), at some time in history the ten horns who have up to that point given their power and strength to the beast(make war with the Lamb) then change their focus towards the harlot. In verse 17:17 the reason is given that God put's it into their hearts to give their kingdom unto the beast. The beast is carrying the harlot but at some other point in time the ten horns go after the harlot part of the beast description. So it seems they are aligned with the Beast and then turn against it. So at first God put's it in their hearts but then afterwards does he remove it? The point I am meaning is that God put's it into their heart to do this similar to hardening the Pharaohs heart then it seems that later changes. Anyway it might be some time in unfolding but also it might not be incorrect to notice the different nations in Europe changing their positions both in Europe,Israel and the US.

In verse 12 of Revelation 17 it gives the amount of time the ten kings give their power and strength to the beast (one hour). After the "one hour" how ever long that is to God they change. Revelation 17:17 is referring to Revelation 17:12's length of time (one hour) that God puts it into their heart to give their kingdom to the beast. I'm pointing this out because many debate nations repenting and turning to the Lord or not and being punished. The ten horns give their kingdom to the beast for one hour(God puts it in their heart), but after that turn the opposite direction.
