Margaret Sanger, a devout racist and founder of Planned Parenthood was quoted as saying that African Americans are like weeds and should be exterminated. Blacks make up 12% of the population in America yet they make up 35% of abortions. So one would question are they being targeted by Planned Parenthood?

A pro-life activist friend of mine did say that PP's are disproportionately located in black neighborhoods.
