Here is something I am wondering.

All those ballots came in in the wee hours of the morning. All for biden.

Those ballots have senators and other offices on them.

Were other republicans unseated by those fake ballots??????

Why would it ONLY effect Trump?????

So fake and fraud.

you know, there are mulitple threads already existing to ask these questions

I should have known better than to expect respect for the reason of this thread

FACTS

what you are saying I believe to be true, but I just wanted to post the actual process for the vote. seems many in this forum and in the country actually, are ignorant of the process

why let someone from a world away bother you? Australia is not exactly a front runner in anything

you know, I think some people just lack BASIC manners. I already apologized for becoming snappy and I meant it

but it becomes obvious that some have not even bothered to consult the op and think this is just another outlet for their emotions OR they could care less that someone other than them might have a thought in their head and had hoped that a little education in YOUR OWN VOTING PROCESS would make sense to those that have sense but might not be aware of the process

there are multiple threads in which to discuss your thoughts on fraud, Biden, Trump, Harris and any other person you wish

I wish I were surprised how this is going but I am not

par for the course so continue to argue and mock and snap

I conclude you get what you deserve. but I don't think I deserve to have a decent thread taken over by thread goons and neither does any other person with a head on their shoulders. I can count many good people who have left this forum BECAUSE of how some act here.

the expression 'empty barrels make the most noise' is true yet again

what's the matter with you?

you don't have enough other threads to mock and jeer?

I guess if you consider yourself the class clown here, you are obliged to go through your little act
Yeah, you're actually right. There was no need to post that. Not everything I find mildly humourous yet disgracefully absurd needs to be shared.
Sorry for offending you or anyone.
It would be better if mods removed for the sake of the integrity of the thread.

continuing and only to complete what I started. whether or not people read the ACTUAL LAW AND PROCESS for your OWN election is the choice you make . washing my hands of the thing when this post is complete.

continuing with the electoral college:

If any state would actually submit mostly 'faithless' voters, the situation would have to be sorted out by Congress

Congress officially counts the electoral votes, for this election, in a joint session at 1pm on Jan 6, 2021. The president of the Senate, a position held by the sitting vice president, presides.

The electoral certificates are unsealed and counted by state in alphabetical order. Objections may be made in writing and lawmakers need to sort out whether the objections are justified.

Ultimately, the VP declares a winner. At this point, THE ELECTION IS OFFICIALLY DECIDED and simply awaits the inauguration.

the inauguration for this election, is held at noon, Jan 20, 2021. the outgoing candidate is sworn in on the West Front of the Capital and that signals the 2020 Presidential election as finally and officially over

(all info taken from a politifact article in Florida) no more to come

That is the official process, with all the drama and lawsuits left out. Just the bare facts

Thank you and good night.

Yes you are correct. The electoral college decides and it has been decided
The electoral college has voted. It's over
The Electoral College doesn't convene until December 14th. Until then it's technically up in the air due to the fact that several states have not yet certified their count and there are several legal challenges in progress.

"the projected president-elect" and "the presidential-elect" are not the same thing...

projected
/prəˈjektəd/

adjective

  1. 1.
estimated or forecast on the basis of current trends or data.

What does 'certify their count' mean exactly?

A state cannot "certify" their final numbers until every ballot has been counted. "Provisional" ballots (ballots with irregularities that have to be individually counted manually) can take several days and sometimes weeks to finish counting. Different states have different dates (state statute) on which the Secretary of State issues a "certification".

Some states issue a certification as soon as ballot counting is complete, most states have a statutory deadline that is must be done by.

That's sad, denying a Pres-elect bc he happens to be a popular Democrat. Im not making any accusations before God, that I'm not 100% sure of, and certainly am not going to be part of inciting a civil war.
Btw, why even have elections ?

Then why are they allowed to tally the electorial votes so soon, doesn't make sense. Wouldn't Trump have to get over 3 million more votes? I'm baffled here.

EXACTLY! Why have elections if they are stolen and the will of the people is thwarted.

But I told you. Decent Americans are NOT going to stand for it, and NOT support a fraudulent president.

Less than half in new poll believe Biden is legitimate winner of election; a third say Trump won
Among Democrats, 87% think that Biden is the winner. Of Republican respondents, 77% said they think Trump is the legitimate winner.

These are catastrophic numbers, and should the courts fail in their duty, will make it impossible for the fraudulent president to govern.
