Lol. It's still not obvious to you? At what point will you admit it?

I am coming to this thread late, but is Trump doing a campaign rally at a prison?

Play Johnny Cash at this rally.

Here is how we know that Trump is guilty.

In the legal claim against Trump they explain how they know he is guilty of saying that the election was stolen when he knew it wasn't. The same government agency that forced tech platforms to censor stories about Hunter Biden's laptop is the same agency that told Trump the election wasn't stolen. Therefore Trump knew it wasn't stolen because they told him it wasn't.

So did/does Trump believe he legitimately lost the election but the media and left are accusing him of saying the election was stolen?

If Trump believes he legitimately lost, why do a lot of his followers say it was stolen?

If Trump believes the election was stolen, why is he then saying it wasn't stolen when accused that he said it was stolen?

I'm not a Trump lover or hater, I sincerely don't understand the argument though.

The indictment against Trump requires them to say he was lying during the January 6th rally. How could they possibly know what he was thinking. Therefore they say that He knew the election was not stolen because the same people who told him that Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation told him it wasn't stolen.

Most people would have understood how absurd that argument is because by now everyone knows that the people who said Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation were lying. But I perceive you are not most people.

I do agree the actual misinformation was that Hunter Biden's laptap aka "the laptop of hell" was Russian disinformation. We all know it exist/existed and that it wasn't fake news. I also understand the questioning of a particular entity who claims the election wasn't stolen if that same entity clearly lied and covered up information such as the Biden laptop.

What I don't understand is if Trump really thinks it was stolen or not. I've heard him deny saying it was stolen and then imply he's not claiming it was stolen. I understand you're not Trump... but would you happen to know how Trump would answer this question:

1.) Was the 2020 election stolen from you?

I don't think he ever conceded the election and I think he is also behind several or many lawsuits concerning the election. I have always felt he doesn't want to claim more than he can prove.

Is there evidence of election fraud? Definitely, no one denies there was election fraud. The question that remains to be proven is was it enough to change the outcome of the election. Until you have that proof it is better to not claim it was stolen.

Is Trump heading for jail?
On the contrary, he is heading for the presidency.

But if the Bolsheviks want civil war, they should get it. That the Special Forces and Marines stood by instead of taking constitutional and legal action against domestic enemies means that they all turned traitors. Now it is up to the people to put things right.

I do. There has been no evidence presented.
If there has been , please provide it to the proper authorities.
The "proper authorities" REFUSED TO SEE THE EVIDENCE. In which era are you living?

I don’t get why they take this to court. Just takes one juror to make a hung jury, and then the case will probably drag on for years.

The Presidential Records Act gave him the authority to have those documents, from my understanding. The mere arrest and such will sway the easily duped.
