~ Iran promises to kill Jews ~
~ Iran promises to attack Israel ~
~ Iran terrorist state ~

please do-
Iran has funded and armed Israel’s enemies—most notably Hamas, Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad,to name a few

you really need to get up to date news forcasts. this is not proff but made by blinded people.
there is more ways to skin a cat, also they do not have to hit us with a nuke to hert us anyway.
refute ? again this does not say Iran is a good guy and plays nice, someone thinks they will not.
from your link

The fierce resistance to the deal by these conservatives is understandable.
They see Iran as hell-bent on the destruction of Israel, the annihilation of the Jews and the
downfall of Western culture and empire. Jennifer Rubin wrote a piece for the Washington
Post decrying the deal simply titled “Obama won’t defend Western civilization.” During
the second presidential debate, Mike Huckabee insisted that “This [deal] threatens Israel
immediately, this threatens the entire Middle East, but it threatens the United States of America.

This is really about the survival of Western civilization.” from link in artical
https://www.washingtonpost.com/blog...02/06/obama-wont-defend-western-civilization/

-

Thanks to the implementation of the nuclear deal on Jan. 16, 2016, Iran has enjoyed
investments worth billions of dollars from Western countries. That money is now being
funneled into the military of the world’s largest and most deadly state sponsor of terrorism

Iran is also using its military and political power to block Western interests in numerous
theaters. It backs the Houthi rebel group in Yemen as it fights against a Saudi-led and
largely Western-backed coalition. In Syria, Iran and Russia stamped out American-backed
rebels, preserving the regime of Bashar Assad and embarrassing the United States on the
global stage.

In Iraq, Iranian-trained militias are fighting alongside U.S. troops to oust the Islamic State.
Those militias, however, answer to Iran and have said they will turn their guns on American
troops the second Washington challenges Iranian interests there.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/worl...b11ed7d8d2a_story.html?utm_term=.c7abe5ce4257

Iran changed nothing in its policies of aggression, subversion and sponsoring terrorism.
It didn’t even say it would reform in any of these areas! Without giving in on anything,
Iran was given all it needed in order to greatly accelerate its race toward getting
the nuclear bomb.

Do you have any new links showing iran playing nice?
do you need more current info to prove this subject?

As for war, learn to read your own Bible where it teaches Peace, not war.
Great "Christian" that you are, you should have no trouble believing and practicing any of that.

first tell me when have I ever called for war on here, or have advocated it?
warning about the enemy coming is another thing altogether.

I would not stoop to posting still waiting almost 20 times now,
what does the bible say about this impatience? who's degree of class showing?
-
who said I was a "Great Christian" anyway? I am a sinner just like you.

In need of a savior.

Iran is not going to threaten the USA. Never has.
you missed my question on post 140 Iran claimes 4 other countrys capitols under there control,
why do they do this? they have there own country, and people to control.

In November 2016, Iranian Armed Forces Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Mohammed Hossein Bagheri said,
“One day, we may need [naval] bases on the coasts of Yemen and Syria.” Clearly, Iran has designs for
this waterway and is right now in the process of making its intentions known.

Yemen is one of the few most strategically important countries in the world.
Yemen- Naval mine kills Yemeni coastguards in Bab al-Mandeb- 3/11/2017

Al Arabiya, 11 March 20 17 - Two Yemeni coastguards were killed and 8 others were wounded when
their vessel hit a naval mine on Friday near the international shipping passage of Bab al-Mandeb,
in the south of the Red Sea, sources told Al Arabiya.

A Yemeni military source told Al Arabiya that the explosion of the naval mine occurred when the
vessel was undertaking a surveillance tour in the region. The US had previously warned of the
presence of Iranian-made naval mines planted by Houthi militants in the Red Sea near Bab al-Mandeb.

the US office of naval intelligence had warned commercial ships from the danger of mine planted
by Houthis and Saleh militias in Bab al-Mandeb strait near Mokha port. The US naval forces said
it would deploy all possible efforts to protect the ships and vessels passing by the region.

JERUSALEM–A Yemeni Coast Guard vessel exploded on Friday, hitting a naval mine
planted in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia.
https://www.thetrumpet.com/15540-iran-ups-ante-with-naval-mines-in-critical-sea-choke-point

Yemeni military sources revealed to Al-Arabiya that the explosion occurred as the vessel was
undertaking a surveillance tour in the region. Two Coast Guard officers were killed, and eight
others are currently being treated in the southern Yemeni city of Aden.

The deaths come just one week after the United States Office of Naval Intelligence (oni) warned
that the Iranian-backed Houthi militia operating in western Yemen had deployed the naval mines
in the strait. The oni report warned commercial ships of the danger of mines planted by the Houthis
near the Mokha port at the entrance to the Bab el-Mandeb.

The placing of mines in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait is the latest in a host of signs that Iran
is implementing a strategy to control shipping through this critical sea-lane.

-

the Houthis, a rebel group sponsored and directed by Iran, overthrew the pro-American Yemeni
government. After they conquered the capital city of Sanaa, throngs of Houthis began chanting
“Death to America!” and “Death to Israel!” These are the same battle cries that Iran uses.
-
https://geopoliticalfutures.com/significant-iranian-military-exercise/
An Energy Information Administration study on global maritime choke points estimated that 30
percent of global oil trade passed through the Strait of Hormuz in 2013. Another 6 percent of the
global oil trade passed through the Bab el-Mandeb at the southern tip of the Red Sea.

the potential for Iran to use military force to either block or obstruct trading routes is a threat.
By linking the Mediterranean Sea to the Indian Ocean, the Red Sea has always played a key
role in world affairs.

Western nations, led by Britain and the U.S., have tried to ensure that the Red Sea remained open.
Today, the situation has changed radically. Britain is nowhere to be seen. And to its great shame,
the United States is actually supporting the Iranian takeover of Yemen!

The Houthis’ takeover of Yemen was not just a grassroots revolution. It was a part of a
deliberate and calculated Iranian strategy to conquer the Red Sea.

“Radical Islam, led by Iran could stop the flow of essential oil to the U.S. and or Europe.”
Daniel 11:40 shows that as these events play out with Iran, the United States won’t be a factor!
It is Europe that Iran is going to push against. And it is Europe that will respond.

A European superpower is rising on the scene that will have the boldness
and the power to deal with Iran’s pushing. America has won it's last war long ago.

Europe is worried about what Iran just did in Yemen. And unlike America, this European power will act!
The United States and Iran have had an antagonistic relationship since 1979. The nuclear agree-
ment has not significantly toned down Iran’s rhetoric about the U.S. being a source of primordial evil.

OCTOBER 25, 2016-Is the U.S. Navy a Sitting Duck?
Why asymmetric warfare on the high seas is so tricky for great powers.
Is the U.S. Navy a Sitting Duck? | Foreign Policy

Outclassed adversaries have a pesky habit of refusing to admit they’re outclassed. To wit:
Early this month, U.S. Navy destroyers cruising off the Yemeni coast exchanged fire with Houthi rebels
armed with C-802 anti-ship missiles. The C-802 is a ubiquitous missile of Chinese origin. Among the
countries fielding these missiles is Iran, the Houthis’ patron and likely supplier of anti-ship weaponry.

Two C-802s lanced out over the Gulf of Aden on Sunday, Oct. 9, prompting the crew of the USS Mason to launch two SM-2 anti-air missiles, an Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile, and a Nulka radar decoy in self-defense. The Houthi missiles fell harmlessly into the sea. how much did it cost us for our misles?

Sadly America has won its last war, we lost our pride in our country, our power, our God witch it
stood for.and our God will not pass by no more, we are a morally bankrupt country: to far gone...
heaven help us all.

-
Isaiah 8:17
And I will wait upon the Lord, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.

Leviticus 26:19
And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:

And the Lord said unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A plumbline. Then said the Lord,
Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more:

We see clearly here The Crisis of angry igornance

Young Americans have gone from being ignorant of their past
to becoming ignorant of and hateful toward it. Why?

It is no secret that many Americans are ignorant of their own history. There is a war against history in American universities, and a deliberate politicization of history curriculum from grade school to high academia. However, freshly published data shows another aspect of this ignorance.

Not only do many young Americans not know their history, they are actively antagonistic toward it.

For over a decade, associate professor of English at the University of Wisconsin James Pesta has been asking university students about their opinion on Western civilization and American values. In an article for Capx, Marian Tupy summarized several of Pesta’s findings:

In one survey, for example, Pesta asked his students to define “capitalism” and “socialism.” Seven out of 10 students defined capitalism by using the words such as “greedy,” “selfish” and “unfair.”A shocking 83 percent of students defined socialism by using words such as “fairness” and “equality.”

Seventy percent of Pesta’s students defined capitalism in negative terms, while 83 percent had a positive view of socialism. This reflects ignorance of how socialism has played out historically:

While providing some necessary benefits to the poor, it degrades individuals, it is subject to systemic abuse, it is accompanied by huge debt economic system, and project that few would oppose leaders who take away their economic and civil liberties until it was too late.

In another of Pesta’s surveys, more students identified Andrew Jackson as a slaveholder rather than a president. They stated “that slavery began in the United States and was almost exclusively an American phenomenon,” an error so drastic that it reveals the student who believes it to have had a very narrow and very specific kind of indoctrination. Slavery is as old as the human race, and it was the British and American peoples who spearheaded the political movement of abolition. Slavery continues to the present day.

In November, students and professors at the University of Virginia composed a letter to university president Teresa Sullivan asking her to stop quoting Thomas Jefferson since he was a slave owner. President Jefferson founded the university, its curriculum and structure, purchased the land the university is built upon, and helped lead the American Founding Fathers’ efforts to set slavery on the course of ultimate extinction.

Pesta’s survey reveals the underlying attitude behind this ignorance of history. Tupy wrote:

As Pesta explained to me, in recent years he had noticed a shift in the students’ responses to his questions. Before the new millennium, the youngsters were historically ignorant, but not politicized. “Their ignorance,” Pesta said, “was accompanied by a basic humility about what they did not know.”More recently, however, he noted a “sense of moral superiority in not knowing anything about our ‘racist and sexist’ history and our ‘biased’ institutions.”The students cannot recall many historical facts, but they are strident “about the corrupt nature of the Republic, about the wickedness of the Founding Fathers, and about the evils of free markets. Most alarmingly, they know nothing about the fraught history of Marxist ideology and Communist governments over the last century ….”

The fruits of this attitude are evident in this age of microaggressions. Students know nothing about the Founding Fathers, probably the most brilliant and moral men in American political and intellectual history, yet they denounce these men and the constitutional form of government they created. With young people feeling that the foundations of the American republic are “wicked” and “corrupt,” it is no wonder we are witnessing a lawless generation.

It is impossible to instill a sense of respect for the achievements and the insights of the Founding Fathers and other great Americans if the education system and popular society consistently broadcasts to young people that these Americans were sexist and racist.

What is the cause of this crisis in angry ignorance?

Taking the reactions of Pesta’s students as just one example, it comes as no surprise to the average American that the nation’s public education system has a definite lean to the left. According to data from the Federal Election Commission, a vast majority of teachers donate to the Democratic Party. Tupy wrote:

Donation ratios in some subject areas suggest near-complete ideological uniformity. For example, 97 English teachers donate to the Democratic Party for every 3 who give to the Republican Party.Teachers of younger children exhibit less extreme donation ratios. Among preschool teachers, 74 donate to Democrats for every 26 who give to Republicans. Among elementary school teachers, that ratio is 85 to 15. Among high school teachers, it’s 87 to 13.

Teachers and all other citizens have the right to support the party of their choosing. But these figures, as well as the aggressively liberal nature of teacher’s unions that contribute overwhelmingly to the political campaigns of Democrats, show that something much larger is at work—something that is bringing these teachers’ liberal and socialist beliefs into the classroom and the minds of their students.

The war on History- DECEMBER 13, 2016
Deficiencies in historical education endanger American democracy.
https://www.thetrumpet.com/14381-the-war-on-history

The threat to democracy is bigger than one election cycle. Evidence shows that a growing number of today’s youth have a diminished view of democracy as a viable form of government.

In a July report titled “The Danger of Deconsolidation,” Harvard University researcher Yascha Mounk and University of Melbourne political scientist Roberto Stefan Foa explored some dangerous trends among American millennials. The researchers drew their data from World Values Surveys of Europe and America between 1995 and 2014. The data showed that many millennials (those born in the 1980s and 1990s) are increasingly supportive of political radicalism and autocratic alternatives to democracy.

The study showed that while 43 percent of older Americans object to the idea of a military coup, only 19 percent of millennials do. In Europe, 36 percent of millennials object to coups, as opposed to 53 percent of older citizens. Mounk and Foa wrote in their report:

Is it a Social Security benefit or an ENTITLEMENT or broke

I am retired on Social Security. It is not a wage nor welfare.
Social Security is now offically insolvent-January 28, 2011

The Congressional Budget Office said it was wrong on Wednesday.
It now projects that Social Security will run deficits every year for the rest of
the fund’s life. In essence, the cbo admits that Social Security is officially insolvent.

The new cbo forecast also reveals that some parts of the Social Security program are in even
worse shape. The portion of the fund that provides payments to those with disabilities will be
completely out of money in seven years—unless the economy worsens, in which case the fund
could go dry sooner.

For the past 30 years, the Social Security fund has generated huge surpluses. If the government
had not “borrowed” the money to spend on other programs, there would be enough cash in the fund
to purchase ownership of almost every single stock listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Conversely, every single company listed on Europe’s Euronext stock exchange could have been owned
by Americans.
What a missed opportunity.

Over 54 million people receive retirement, disability or survivor benefits from Social Security. As America’s
80 millionbaby boomers begin to retire en mass, the strains on the system will grow exponentially.

Politicians, however, say people shouldn’t worry. America will be able to borrow enough money to pay the
bills for the foreseeable future. The treasury bonds in Social Security are backed by “the faith and credit

of the United States government,” says Sen. Bernie Sanders, an Independent from Vermont.
Social Security fund will be drained by 2037 - politics - More politics | NBC News

“It is the same faith and credit that enables us to borrow from rich people and from China and from other countries.
n the history of this country, the United States has never defaulted on one penny owed to a creditor.”

These are the same politicians that have “officially” indebted America to the tune of more than $14
trillion—and unofficially to the tune of more than $60 trillion when promises made (but not funded) to
Medicare and Medicaid are included.

Social Security recipients beware: America’s credit history is also not quite as sterling as Mr. Sanders
claims. The first time America defaulted on its debt was in 1790, when it stiffed both domestic and
international lenders. In 1841-1842, nine states repudiated their debts. Thirty years later, during another
sharp economic downturn, another 10 states defaulted on their debts. Then, most recently and
notoriously, America defaulted on its gold debts in 1933. And several states look like they may be getting
ready to default on debts during 2011 or 2012.

The reality is that the federal government has already spent all the Social Security money.
There is no money in the fund. What is there is government treasury bonds—which are simply
government promises to pay.

Democrats Deny Social Security’s Red Ink
Some claim it doesn't contribute to the federal deficit, but it does.
By Brooks Jackson-Posted on February 25, 2011
Democrats Deny Social Security’s Red Ink

Summary
Some senior Democrats are claiming that Social Security does not contribute “one penny” to the federal
deficit. That’s not true. The fact is, the federal government had to borrow $37 billion last year to finance
Social Security, and will need to borrow more this year. The red ink is projected to total well over half a
trillion dollars in the coming decade.

IMF Warns Next Financial Crash Is Only a Matter of Time

IMF Global Financial Stability Report: Vulnerabilities, Legacies, and Policy Challenges
IMF Global Financial Stability Report: Vulnerabilities, Legacies, and Policy Challenges

the question used to be what if the next crash comes,
now it is what will you do when it comes tomorrows
----
the imf says the looming economic crisis is a direct result of how authorities tried
to solve the last one. The decision to slash interest rates to such unprecedentedly
low levels has encouraged the massive debt buildup

a problem for which there is no painless solution

Global interest rates are at 5,000-year lows, says Agora Financial’s Bill Bonner
http://dailyreckoning.com/the-lowest-interest-rates-in-5000-years/

we are in a globle finanical crisses, just like before ww1 and ww2, history is repeating itself
---

Back in March, the Federal Reserve’s Total Credit Market Instruments
report showed that total debt in America had soared to $59 trillion.
https://research.stlouisfed.org/fred2/series/TCMDO

Then suddenly the series stopped. No explanation was offered.
The Fed just stopped publishing the data.

-our dept is more then they are reporting

--

On Friday October 9,2015 , the Federal Reserve finally came out and explained its actions.
Fed Quietly Revises Total US Debt From 330% To 350% Of GDP, After "Discovering" Another $2.7 Trillion In Debt | Zero Hedge

The Fed said two things. First, it would no longer be producing the Total Debt charts and tables.
Instead it would provide the data in other ways, leaving it to others to add up the totals themselves.

But it was the second thing the Fed quietly reported that was perhaps more disturbing.
It said it had discovered that it had been underreporting how much debt was in America.

It discovered that its methodology excluded debt that America owed to itself.
[It wasn’t reporting money the government had borrowed from its pension plans].

So total debt in America is actually $2.7 trillion higher than it was reporting!
Total debt[in 2015] is $61.7 trillion, not $59.

President Obama’s own bestselling 1995 autobiography Dreams From My Father shows
that he was profoundly influenced by Frank Marshall Davis, and by many others who
were at least sympathetic to Marxist ideology. Barack Obama’s ideological roots
are far more radical than the general public has been led to believe.

We must consider the facts of his ideological roots if we want to understand
where the Obama administration was leading America! -He really believed-

THE GREATEST THREAT TO THE WORLD WASN’T THE SOVIET MENACE,
BUT “ANGLO-AMERICAN IMPERIALIST DOMINATION.”

Marxist thinking could sap America’s strength, pervert its morals, sabotage its education
system, wreck its social structure, destroy its spiritual life, weaken its economic power,
and demoralize its armed forces.

What do you believe the motive behind this actions really are?
While not stating as well as you have, I have been saying this since around 2009 when it became apparent how the government was dealing with the crisis.
Who ever though a body building motto would extend to the financial sector, "no pain, no gain."

"you made bigoted statements''

"you contradicted yourself and I proved it"

"you demand open borders"

"you want me to hate my country"

"you said Sunni v Shiia conflict was started by Bush" (paraphrase)

Still waiting for "proof" of these libelous statements.

From the OP,

For those of us who aspire to follow Jesus, however, we dare not let the present situation tempt us away from the expansive type of neighbor-love to which he calls us.

There are hundreds of churches nationwide who welcome the opportunity to help those refugees in need. Under the concept of separation of church & state, the government has no business interfering in the exercise of this religious practice which is commanded in the Bible.

Is that so? So why was Obama not letting Christian refugees into the country?"

I have no issues helping true refugees in need, after they have been vetted. And many of those hundreds of churches get gov't kickbacks for helping resettle refugees.

If this was directed for me or not, but will answer in due time.

I'm just waiting for you to take more rope [false statements] to hang your'self with,
Not like I need more, have enough allready but just need the time for proper response.

I do not just try an blurt out a quick one , and not backup what I say, be patince for once
and maybe reread [or read the first time] my rebuttals presented allready on subjects.
The lack of patience and disrespect for others in this regard is showing for all to see.

Yes [I am sure] that badgering is against forum rules.
But you need to direct your criticism in that regard to those
who make false accusations , and then fail to back them up.
So you admit that you where breaking the forum rules, but it was ok ?
for a good reason to criticise others because [they deserve it].
All in the same thread that you might be [just as]or more guilty then others on here.

Can you show us in the bible where criticism or impatiance in fellow brothers is allowed?

Join the protests?
I don't find any part of Jesus' answer that leads to: Join protesters. Many of whom who carry vulgar signs, shout hate, and commit crimes in their protests.
Remember, the Good Samaritan was one man. An individual. He was not the government.
I will do my duty as a Christian. But I won't join protesters against the government.
Do you see any limits to doing good to our neighbor?

Still waiting for proof that I have called for open borders.
http://christianchat.com/christian-...-trumpa-s-immigration-ban-10.html#post3009625

on post #1 was liked [by peacenik] and read......

We simply have to lift our voices and join the marches and protest
to our representatives in opposition to the president’s immigration ban.

-would indorcing lifting the immigration ban mean calling for open borders again?

I asked you a question, But you did not answer!
Others have asked where you stand on this issue, but without a proper reply from you.

So since you do not, or refuse to tell the answer, other's or I myself have to go by what
we observe[see-read] them doing . we would "know them by there fruits' or comments here.

See my post # 4 which endorses the OP's thesis in post #1.
If you troubled yourself to READ rather than
read into a post you would know where I stand by now.

Numerous local churches here in the Twin Cities have expressed great interest
in doing all that and more. They invoke the Bible's teachings as motivation and
justification for these actions.
Can you give bible verses that say we can riseup in protest againest the government?

good luck with that
