From the Times of Israel:

NEW YORK — A growing number of Democrats have been speaking out against Israel for not vaccinating Palestinians in the West Bank.
On Sunday, newly elected New York Congressman Jamaal Bowman joined senior House Rep. Joaquin Castro, freshman Rep. Marie Newman, former vice presidential candidate Sen. Tim Kaine, and Rep. Rashida Tlaib in voicing his concern over the matter.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “must ensure that both Israelis and Palestinians have access to the Covid vaccine,” tweeted Bowman, who has joined the “squad” group of progressive lawmakers, while also identifying as pro-Israel and anti-BDS.

Shouldn’t Palestinian leaders be in charge of this? They are able to get their hands on guns, bombs and other things for war...I’m sure they could get their hands on a vaccine for their people. If they cared about their people that is.

Also, the article says that they're concentrating on the people of Israel first, and then they'll work on those on the West Bank and Gaza:
"Health Minister Yuli Edelstein has said that Israel will consider helping, once it has taken care of its own citizens."

That's like saying the US should take care of all the illegal immigrants' health needs, just because they're here, before attending to our own citizens.

Still...don’t the palestinians have their own government? Why can’t those people get vaccines are they inept..do they always need the help of Israel who they despise?

Your lack of understanding becomes more evident with each post.
You should run for office as a Democrat. You fit right in with their stupid thinking.

The land Israel occupies was given to them by God. Actually, they do not now occupy all that God gave them.
The Palestinians have been given every opportunity to be a part of Israel but have rejected it and have instead chosen to be an enemy of Israel and kill as many Jews as possible.
The Palestinians misery is of their own making.

Another example of the stupidity of Democrats and their hatred for Israel. Why should Israel be responsible for the vaccination of their sworn enemies? And what about the multi-billions of dollars which have poured into the Palestinians and been squandered on arms and ammunition solely to destroy Israel?

The wicked leaders of the Palestinians have only one goal -- keep the animosity and hatred going so that the Palestinians are regarded as victims instead of aggressors. Every peace treaty has therefore been rejected, since peace would mean there is no longer any reason to fund this evil men.

In any event, those bogus vaccines are worthless. And Israel should have rejected vaccinations as a solution to COVID infections. The powerful HCQ combo pack (which Orthodox Jew Dr. Vladimir Zelenko used successfully in NY state) should have been the treatment of choice in Israel. Now Israelis are dying from these bogus vaccines.

Correct. The Palestinians should have risen up against their own self-serving leaders long ago, starting with Yasser Arafat (who was not even a Palestinian but an Egyptian). By now the Palestinians could have been as settled and as prosperous as the Israelis, but no, all the billions of dollars sent to Palestine were simply squandered over decades of mismanagement and misrule.

Yea Israel needs to what treat folks that are homosexual by throwing them off the rooftops of multi story buildings like the Palestinians in stead trying to evangelizing them ? Or perhaps Israel can make tv programs for kids on how to be a good suicide bomber like the Palestinians ? Come on get off it the lefts take on Israel is so hypocritical. They are vaccinating citizens first then non citizens that and trying to set up a way not to get shot or blown up while administering the vaccine.

Israel agrees to vaccinate Palestinian workers, Palestinian officials say

JERUSALEM — Israel ... agreed Friday to inoculate 100,000 Palestinians who regularly cross into Israel to work, according to the Palestinian minister of health.

The vaccinations, which will occur at ad hoc centers set up along the line dividing Israel from the West Bank, she said, would mark the largest delivery of the protectant serum to the 5 million Palestinians living there and the Gaza Strip. Authorities there are largely depending on vaccine doses yet to be distributed by an internationally funded effort targeting poor countries, as well as independent purchases they are making on the open market.

To date, Palestinians have gotten access to about 10,000 doses of the Russian Sputnik vaccine donated by Moscow, 2,000 of which of arrived in Gaza this past week. Israel also sent 5,000 doses in early February to inject health workers.

...

Human rights advocates argue that Israel has a moral and legal obligation to vaccinate a population under its effective control. Israel countered that the 30-year-old Oslo accords place responsibility for health care with the Palestinian’s own elected leaders, the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank and the militant Hamas group in Gaza.
