Greetings,

It really pains me that I have to make these threads. The Bible promises a great deception in the last days, and it's really horrifying to know that so-called "Christians" have no idea what is going on.

This thread will reveal the lies surrounding the murder of Treyvon Martin. Once these lies are revealed, those who once believed them will hopefully be set free. My greatest desire is for those sincerely deceived to realize that the media has lied to them on purpose, and that they should no longer blindly believe everything that they are told.

Point #1 - NBC News knowingly and purposefully edited the Zimmerman 9/11 call in order to portray Zimmerman as a "white" racist:

Point #2 - George Zimmerman did sustain injuries from Treyvon Martin. (See videos above & video below)

Point #3 - There was an eye-witness (John) who saw Treyvon Martin on top of George Zimmerman. This eye-witness is the reason why Treyvon Martin was not arrested until much later: (See video below)

Point #4 - Zimmerman's friend (a black man) appears in this video, and he says that Zimmerman is not a racist. Zimmerman tutored minority children (including african-american kids) on the weekends for free: (See video below)

Point #5 - Zimmerman was getting back into his vehicle - after being ordered by police to stop the chase - when Martin attacked him from the side: (See video below)

Point #6 - The media purposefully "whitened" the pictures of George Zimmerman to make him appear white. George Zimmerman is Hispanic. This event brought about much hatred by black people towards white people. Despite the obvious and blatant misrepresentation of Zimmerman as a white man, the media did not apologize or recant. Instead the media coined a new term called "White Hispanic", a term that has never been used before: (See video below)

Point #7 - The media keeps showing pictures of Treyvon when he was 13 years old or younger. Treyvon was 17 years old when he died. No recent photos of Treyvon have been released by the media (presumably to push the agenda that Treyvon was just an innocent child):

Point #8 - The voice crying for help is not Treyvon. The voice belongs to George Zimmerman:

****edited pic****

Clearly the mainstream media has used this event as an excuse to push an agenda. It is plainly visible how the media initially portrayed Zimmerman as a white racist, hungrily seeking an opportunity to do harm to black people. Worst of all though, is that the media's incorrect reporting of facts has resulted in much racial hatred and violence being directed toward white people. The media's exact agenda is unknown. Some people suspect this may be an effort to ensure that Obama wins a second term in office. Others fear a "divide and conquer" strategy in order to overthrow American sovereignty and bring the once proud country under the power of the UN.

Whatever the case, it is imperative for you - the reader - to accept the facts presented to you. The media has clearly attempted to deceive you. NBC has publicly admitted that they lied. It is time for you to awake from your self-imposed trance, and begin to question the so-called "news" that you are constantly bombarded with. If they are willing to lie to you on one topic - and were caught doing so - then they will be willing to lie again. And the media has been caught lying in other ways in recent years as well, but I will not provide examples here.

You have been warned. If you are deceived from this point forward, you have no one to blame but yourselves.

Let us all pray for our families and the family structure which is totally under attack for a long time now, worldwide. Let's pray that we are able as Christians to raise up a young holy priesthood by the help of God's spirit whether black, white, hispanic, african, tanned white, bleached black, hispanic white, hispanic black, red indian, indian colour whether 'white',others 'black', 'chocolatey', 'brown' etc, chinese colour etc (I'm not trying to be funny). Let us pray that the chains & bondage of racism that have tied many be totally broken for a free & more loving people worldwide. May all oppression whether of race, sex, tribe, economic status etc be defeated in the name of Jesus.

Let us remain steadfast in the faith as Paul said 'neither jew nor greek, nor barbarian, nor scynthian....Colosians 3:11 and it continues to say
12 Put on therefore, as God's elect, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, meekness, longsuffering;
13 forbearing one another, and forgiving each other, if any man have a complaint against any; even as the Lord forgave you, so also do ye:
14 and above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfectness.
15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to the which also ye were called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Most of all let us not be divided as the church, but Justice also be served.

I personally haven't followed the incident neither the media reports neither managed to open the above videos but at least I know some of what is still happening or has happened in the past when it comes to issues of race. The most sad part is when the church fails to uphold the faith/teachings of Christ in the matter and becomes a tool not for God but for the world. When we still have churches where only a certain people attend, oh let us pray and condemn such, condemn the apathy, for that my friends is the source of all these problems, the altar on which the sin keeps burning sending it's stench forth into the world.

Since this is not a thread about racism but about a specific case I rest there. I repeat, I'm not commenting on any specific media/political faction but just generally.
Nevertheless, I like your research.

Its good to have accurate details the media changes stories to make news.
however comparing this to the great deception in the Bible seems your own brand of misinformation.

A bunch of bad or.watered facts in a single news story is hardly comparable to some great deception against Christians. This is a story that affects all peoples.

Seriously? 'So-called Christians'? Because we have the same news coverage as everybody else we're somehow a let down and called into question about where our walk with God is because we didn't know all the facts surrounding a news story that had nothing to do with being even Christian? How exactly do the two go hand in hand? Because i don't see any connection whatsoever.

First of all, that Treyvon Martin picture was removed by the moderators here at CC. I should have opened it up in a paint program and blackened it out. But that just goes to prove the point that I am making. Treyvon Martin was recently suspended from school for possession of drugs, before this incident. He was not the well behaved little boy that the media portrayed him to be.

Matthew 7:21-23
21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

1 John 2:27
27But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Mark 13:5
5And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:

Luke 12:56
56Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

There are innumerable examples in the scriptures that indicate that true believers should be aware of what is going on in the world. Not everyone who calls on Jesus will be saved, either. When we are so close to the end, and most people on CC do not even know the identity of the antichrist, one has to be concerned.

Again, What do this case have to do with anyone being a 'So-called Christians'? And the fact that, Treyvon Martin was recently suspended from school for possession of drugs, before this incident, gives anyone a right to kill someone?

All opinions to side, because none of us were there. I'm not looking to play the race card in this one. For i do not know the heart of Zimmerman. But i do know this for a fact, I have as i'm sure many others, have spent the night in jail for far less then this.
I never thought is was the police's job to judge. I often thought, it's the job of the judge. I'm sure some who haven't spent a night in jail, might have seen it in the movies when the Cop says, "Tell it to the Judge!" No charges were made and Zimmerman was sent home. His word against a dead young boy.

What i do know about are Some-called Christians! How some who call em self Christians, try taken our Lords word to try and fit their own agenda and logic.

I thought we were to be transform by the renewal of our minds? Not try and transform the word to fit us? And when others don't see from your point of view, then they are deceived.

Why are we even talking about this on Chirstian Chat? Just saying!!!!

So Christians should spend all their time digging around new stories to find the truth? Umm... when do we find time to read the bible, pray, go to church, be a witness, be an encouragement? I would love see a scripture that indicates a Christians lack of news knowledge has anything to do with his walk.
Also, you completely dodged my point in your last response. I can see this is not going to get anywhere, so i'm not going to bother coming back.

OH, and yeah, i reported that pic myself to the mods. *salute.

On top of the critiques above, there's also unsupported and/or false claims in the videos posted by the OP. Just because someone says it on TV doesn't make it true.

The sad fact is, one life is cut short, and another turned upside down, and the media circus only makes any needed administration of justice more difficult.

I will trust the jury that hears the case to render the proper verdict. That is how we do things here.

Bottom line..Zimmerman took the law into his own hands and he is going to have to face the consequences of his actions

The media will support whatever is popular and whatever will attract more viewers, nothing new there.

Now that I said that, I will say this. If Zimmerman had stayed in the car, Martin would still be alive today. Voice experts have already examined the voice on the 911 tape and it's 99.9% sure that it's not Zimmerman's voice screaming for help. The one who had the right to "Stand his ground" was the unarmed kid walking down the street on the phone talking to his girlfriend (the entire time...proven by phone records) on his way home to give his younger cousin a bag of skittles that he just picked up at the corner store. Yeah...really sounds like this kid was up to no good.

This kid was profiled by Zimmerman, approached by Zimmerman, shoved by Zimmerman (according to girlfriend on the phone with Martin at the time) Martin tried to defend himself and was shot and killed by Zimmerman in the process.

Zimmerman has already proved that he will lie when he is confronted under pressure. According to Zimmerman's testimony, Martin walked up to his car and asked Zimmerman "Why are you following me?" Zimmerman answered "I'm not following you." That was a lie.... on the 911 tape the dispatch asked Zimmerman "Are you following him?" Zimmerman answered "Yes" dispatch replied "We don't need you to do that."

If one can believe Zimmerman's account, which I don't, When Martin walked up to his car and asked Zimmerman "Why are you following me?" Why didn't Zimmerman say to Martin, "Hi"...."I'm George Zimmerman Neighborhood Watch Captain and I was just wondering if you live in the area and may I ask who you are?"..... "Oh..I'm Travon, my Dad's fiance' lives just up the street and I'm on my way there."... "Oh", "Ok".."I'm just doing my job, we have had some break-in's in this neighborhood and I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable by following you." "Ok..Good night"...

Nobody had to die.

Why do we feel the need to play judge and jury in the first place?

Why do we feel like we have to make sense of it all when we have absolutely nothing to do with any of it?

This case, hopefully, will teach us ALL many things about:

Racial profiling
Stepping over lines of authority
The danger of rushing to justice before investigations are completed
The hazards of neighborhood watch programs
The dangers of unprofessionals carrying firearms
The dangers of trying individuals in the media - both the alledged offender AND the decedent

But it is most certainly not about whether people are christians or not just because they don’t sit in front of the television all day.

Hi all:)

I think the original poster is trying to point out how easy it is for people in general to be deceived. How Christians can be deceived by the media too.

The example of this story of Treyvon, is not a make or break "endtime" deception for Christians obviously, but does go to show how easily Christians can fall into the trap of deception.

I'll add to that the absolute need for an impartial court system willing to weigh the totality of evidence with fairness.

I believe both was wrong. Treyvon paid with his life and Zemmerman will have to pay one way or another. We want to talk about how the media deceives the Christian but when we talk about Obama, It is different. Obama would have been a better way of getting your point over than the media. The majority of the population wants Obama Care. Do you know that under Obama care, you will have to take a mark in the forhead or hand to pay for medical services? For those on Social Security, or any Government assistance, you will not get a debit card or a check. The money will go onto that mark that you will have to get if you want your money or assistance. Now we are talking about the mark of the beast and the end times. The end times are coming and we can't stop it. But, it can be slowed down. We need to pray that God will give the Supreme Court Justices the wisdom to declare Obama Care Illegal. We also need, to pray that God will put another candidate into the race to beat Obama and Romney. If I went overboard, please forgive me. Today is the day of salvation. Be prepared to meet Our Lord and Saviour. His coming is at hand. No man knows the day or hour but we can tell by what is happening around us.

It still amazes me how we could be talking about Treyvon Martin and Zemmerman topic, and turn it into a topic on Obama. Talk about the media deceiving? What about the Christians who try using the word of God and doing the same thing? You see, most Christians shouldn't be so quick in believing what we see on TV. Right or wrong, we should be trusting in God! But when it comes to another Christian trying to use our Lords words for their own agenda, now that's a whole other level of deceiving. I'm not here to promote Obama! And if what our Lord tells us is about to come true through Obama and this mark, there would be nothing we could do but continue to follow our Lord! The Lord says, we will be facing trouble times in our last days. Again, if this is that time, what are we to do? We love to say, God is in control! But then we try taken that control, with our actions and our words. Just as I may, be doing right now in voicing my opinion. No matter what I say, I cannot change people’s thoughts and actions. May it be Obama, Romney, or someone else, God is still in control!
As for my Lord's words, I will continue to use to encourage and to stand strong. For when the Lord returns, he will come like a thief in the night. No man will know the day or the hour. Yet some Christian still seem to want to try and prove our Lord wrong. I do know this, when God allows something, it reveals the true nature of people’s hearts! So be ready!

I wondered what that Obama post had to do with Treyvon too...
