In morning rain,
a mother
starts yawning
then praising

the drops felt like honey inside a new born flower
so she felt the power behind such a Holy creation,
as she stood up, her arms lifted up in praise...

It was quite vivid... Travelling the long roads.. uneventful trip as the vehicles rushed, overtaking one another. I actually didnt wave as we were in the middle lane when a faster moving car passed by on one side.. and the children were waving! There was no time to wave back it was so fast. Anyway, the memory lingers-).

We travelled a lot as a family when I was a child, many of us crowded
into one vehicle, as we visited this relative or that relative almost every
Sunday afternoon, or went on our summer vacations, travelling across
the province, or simply driving to the cottage (if we were staying at a
cottage) when my dad had time off work :) Oh that seems so very long
ago now! Fifty years to be sure, and then some :D Lots of people did not
wave back, so it really was a thrill when someone did :) I always wave back :D

I wave at children/grownups of all ages in all places, it's kind of a thing with me -
I pray it's not selfish because it brings me so much pleasure -
I love the different reactions, especially when a :) accompanies a wave-back!
also I can handle the odd-looks, you know, like do I know them or who was that?

Wish i could too. Of course it's not selfish... and good when learned early. I mean, it is quite awkward for me who didnt grow up with that (waving). A sis is more like you.. we joked she could run for a political post long ago, because she knew so many people-).

I was never loved as a child by anyone, and so, guess Who entered in a little bit of Holy Love
into my Spirit/mind as a very young child? just enough to keep me sane anyway....oh no, He surely didn't fill me up, I made
way to many mistakes for that to have happened. His pathway is always full of challenges and choices,
He Loves so much that He demands that we reach out to grab a-hold of His hands and choose His ways,
instead of ours, what the world has taught...
