Lord,
I kneel before you, my lamb,
Who took upon your faultless body,
All my sins, shame and selfish ways.
How did my sins feel?
Did they weigh so heavy upon you,
That death was the only release?
You must have felt the shame.
You must have felt the unworthiness.
And you surely felt the punishment.
I receive the cleansing by your blood.
When the accuser points his finger at me,
I point to you - 'Look, there are my sins.'
Sweet Lamb of God...
I kneel.
I kneel.
