Sick of these notions
Like there's some magic potion
To stop the commotion
To keep me in motion


I'm not stuck in a dream
It's realities screams
Things are just as they seem
I'm not being extreme


We act like we know
And we know where to go
But it's all just a show
We're all caught down below


When it's all said and done
There is really just one
That we can rest upon
