As one teacher judging another teacher's work - that teacher gets an F. Of course, reality is most likely that this was not a real exam, but a gag someone typed up and answered by hand. This kind of pre-test would serve no curricular purpose other than to demonstrate poor capitalization and punctuation to the students.

Haha, that is a pretty good one. Gag or not, the answers are pretty good! As teachers, we are always in need of a good laugh.
